What a piece of crap!!! The sun will distort and warp the slats. The draw cords are always tangled. The center of the bundled blinds sag with no way of drawing them up evenly. Got them from Lowes so it just goes to show that when you buy from a crappy dealer your gonna get a crappy product! Stay away from these blinds!!!

We purchased Levolor blinds in 2006. Since then, they have broken 3 times. Each replacement has lasted less than 2 years. In addition, the handles have broken numerous times. I will never purchase Levolor products again. Poor quality every time-​4 times in a row!!!
