I don’t go to any McDonald’s often but this was one I stopped into quite often even if just for a tea. NEVER again. The days I did get breakfast I almost ALWAYS had to pull forward. Once day in April 2015 they got my order wrong and I realized it as I pulled away. I pulled back around to the first window explained and the cashier(whom I saw often) wanted the recipe I had crinkled up. Sent me to the 2nd window and they said I ordered wrong but they will fix it… I am 110% SURE I didn’t order wrong. So I’m told to pull forward… wait forever… someone brings my food. Then asked for my name because the manager needs to put it on some«list» Yeah. No thank you. Haven’t been back since. Won’t ever go back again.

After a bad experience yesterday at a different McDonalds, and for some strange reason I visited another one today. It was one with a double drive though and a sign that plainly says both are open all the time. I pulled up to the outside lane where no one was waiting. I waited and waited. I finally said«excuse me». A male voice said«just a minute». I waited while I watched two cars served at the drive through beside me. When the 3rd car pulled up I said«is this drive through not open?» and the male voice said«may I take your order?» Seriously? If I hadn’t prompted the discussion both times I am not sure I would ever have been acknowledged. I am not impressed with this fairly new location. The person at the window luckily called out what the order was when handing it to me because it was someone else’s order so we got that right before I left.
