Dr. Jicha is outstanding !! Very professional, personable and thorough in his exams. The front desk staff was rather aloof and quite snarky when asked to look up my insurance information (did not have my card, but knew info was in their system). Unfortunate that the whole experience wasn’t stellar. The retail side was VERY helpful, not pushy with sales — warm, knowledgeable & super friendly! !! Perhaps the front desk was having computer issues but their customer service skills were definitely lacking.
