Palecek chairs are terrible. The only thing worse is their so-​called customer service; I purchased 4 of their chairs paid a premium for the supposed quality. They completely fell apart! They would not stand behind their product. After many months, dozens of email and phone calls, I finally did reach the President an Allan Palecek. This guy is clueless but after dealing with these clowns this was no surprise. My advice, if you see the name Palecek run the other way.
