Thank you for your response. I spoke with customer service several weeks ago. The gentleman was very nice and arranged for my issue to be rectified at another location. The issue seemed to be fixed (TPMS light went off) until I made it home (10 minute drive). I will take my care to the Honda dealership from this point on. To fix the issue of being charged for the tire plugs, I was told a gift certificate for an oil change would be sent; it never arrived. Dishonesty at all levels of the organization.
