Rack Room Shoes

Shoes!
I don’t really like shopping, but the layout of this store has improved and makes it easy to shop there. I just bought two pairs of summer shoes, and I can’t wait to break them in. Rack Room Shoes is usually quite organized and clean and have a vast array of options.
The only thing I could suggest for improvement would be more seats to try on the shoes (You kind of have to stand awkwardly in an aisle way, hoping not to knock into someone or something), as well as the friendliness of the employees. On multiple occasions, I have noticed that the ladies that are employed here never smile or offer any kind of impression that they like their job. You need to fake it just a little bit better.
That being said, I will definitely return. You can’t beat BOGO or shoes…

I really want to like this store, but the shoe quality continues to go down. Pretty expensive even with boho.

Who can go wrong with BOGO? There are not many shoe options in High Point, so I appreciate this chain being here.
Reasonable prices, enough options to satisfy a quick shoe run !
