I cannot get over the fact that the service is so bad. Today I came in at 4:30pm and this girl who made a frozen latte took about 20 minutes to do so. She mixed a whole blender of coffee and our coffee cup was only filled half way, and the rest was whipped cream, I am guessing the rest of the coffee was for her friend who she was chatting with and not doing her job. The coffee was so nasty, I even asked her, are you serious. I was disappointed in her service, I am surprise anybody would even hire somebody like her. We were the only customer there, there is a huge water puddle just sitting there, fruit flies were all over the topping and she just stands there and talks to her friend. I am not a fan of bad customer service.

I LOVE Red Mango! The staff has been great this past year. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming. They had some great flavors lately. But, last time they were out of walnuts. Typically they have great fresh fruit toppings and they have mochi!!! If you’re Asian, you know what I’m talking about. Keep it up guys!

I don’t know why the stars are so low. I like Red Mango. No one bothers me while I’m trying to decide on flavors and the company does a great job of staying on top of technology and offering different incentives. The place is open and clean and super accessible.

I’ve been here a few times. Seems like my experience gets worse every time. I enjoy the frozen yogurt and the fresh berries for toppings, but it looks like they never clean the inside seating area. The tables are always sticky and you can see all kinds of nastiness when the sun shines on the benches. Gross! Meanwhile there will be 3 teens standing around behind the counter. I think I’ll try Feeney’s or Sweet Frog next time.

It’s a shame that the frozen yogurt here is so good but the service is so terrible. I had to hunt down an employee in the back by shouting just so that I could be rang up. I literally could have walked out of there without paying and they would have never known. I also don’t like the cashiers eating and drinking behind the counter and then immediately ringing you up without washing their hands. That’s disgusting. This place is poorly managed.

I just cant get over the rudeness of the folks here. Did management purposely hire folks that HATE life or something? First off, this place is nothing great. The taste of things are second rate quality and I feel like they try to stretch things by watering them down. NOTIMPRESSEDATALL. Further more, I am pissed that Ben & Jerry’s left because this place came in. BIGMISTAKE. You can’t beat the quality B&J’s possesses. I will NOT return to this location. Busters is right across the street and by far a better experience.

Red Mango is no Feeney’s. First off the guy behind the counter was very rude and seemed like helping someone was ruining his day. The flavors aren’t as fun or great tasting as other places that I’ve been. The toppings are fresh but there aren’t as many to choose from. I do like the smoothies however. Something that they have over many other places.

This is a very good Yogurt bar. Try the mango yogurt, it is awesome
