I would stay away from renting from them, they really messed up my wedding day! 6 months before my wedding I signed to have a double decker tour bus pick up all guests for an August wedding. A week prior to the event and after paying for the service in full, I received a phone call stating that the bus had no air conditioning and that it might not be a good idea to rent that bus… This might have been helpful to know prior to a week before the event. The day of the wedding, they showed up with a bus that had stripper poles in the back and picked my guests up, not the classy experience I was going for. My guests also complained about the bad driving and felt as if they were going to wreck the entire trip. After bringing these issues up with the owner, he offered me some 50 dollar coupons to use his service again. When I explained that I am not from the area and could not use the coupons, he did not offer any type of refund for the horrible service I received. I was very dissatisfied with the product and service. Do NOT use this company if you want a reliable service for any large event.
