Sheetz

Absolutely horrible service. For some odd reason, the pump first authorization that Sheetz members can get (that allows you to pump your gas, then pay for it later) was activated on the pump that I was using without my authorization. I returned inside to determine why and was presented with an attitude by the cashier. Then she asked me to swipe my card when the card machine wasn’t on. I informed her that the machine wasn’t on and she simply repeated swipe your card again as if I didn’t understand her the first time. It boggles my mind trying to understand how so many people are unemployed and some of those who are, appear to be ungrateful for their positions, have horrible attitudes and are still employed. I truly recommend you go to the Sheetz on the other side of I-​85 rather than this one. Unless you absolutely have to have cheaper gas.

This is a pretty good Sheetz! Stopped for gas and coffee. We had an issue with our pump and it was solved as soon as it was addressed. Impressive. Extremely friendly service at the cash register! Will definitely continue to frequent this particular Sheetz.
