I frequent this particular Walgreens pharmacy because of the convenient location! I mostly use the pharmacy service and the pharmacist do a phenomenal job! They are helpful and take the time to explain and address any concerns, in regards to the prescribed medication (s). At times, such as today, I have to go inside, in order to grab an item or so and I must admit that the customer service representative was very rude! Her demeanor showed this as well! As I was approaching the counter, I smiled at her and expected to be greeted with a smile back or at the minimum a «hi, how are you!!»…but nothing! She rang up my items and proceeded to ask for my wellness card — I have all of my cards on my key ring, so it takes me a moment to find the one that I’m using and I guess I wasn’t quick enough to her liking because she saw it before I did and said «it’s right there ma’am» — which typically isn’t an issue but the tone of her voice, as she said that, was completely unacceptable! I honestly don’t know how someone in the customer service field can be so rude! I was there at approx 3:30pm, today, so maybe management can see whom was on schedule during that time and give her some much needed customer service training! She definitely needs reminded that the reason she is there is to help the customers!!! If I were only taking today’s visit into consideration, then I would’ve given only 1 star — -but I gave 3, because the majority of my visits are great!
