A follow up.
Two days later I noticed a credit of $ 750.00 to my checking account. Now my issue is.
This bank has a contract with service members. If this was an emergency I would have been in serious need of money.
To the bank itself:
It’s your responsibility to make daily checks of all ATM machine to make sure no one put a scimming device or any other device that can steal identity. So this incident proved to me that USAA does maintain the up keeping if their ATM. My solution is I will no longer deposit any money into my account. Only my month retirement pension checks I will deal with. I also have a key bank
Account in which I will use daily instead of USAA. I lost all trust in this bank.
