I have been to plenty of car wash places but I FINALLY found one that I LOVE going to! They are extremely accommodating and dedicated to their work. You can get a feel of the place by how great the service is and not to mention how CLEAN it is. This definitely shows how they will work on your car which is a great advantage. Prices are VERY reasonable. Not only are they good for that but for maintenance as well. It’s a one stop shop, what more can you ask for?! Overall, it’s a pleasure going there and an awesome experience, they definitely know what they are doing and easy to talk to. Highly recommend them!

Took me for over a grand. Mis diagnosing problem. I had to order my own part. They broke bolt on power steering pump and tried to pass off as fixed until belt was screaming… Hector is full of sh**…total con artist and very unprofessional. After he «fixed» my car he provided me with a very off color antidote that he found hysterical…(many would not)

In a town where, despite its proximity to West Point, most businesses shut down by Saturday afternoon for the weekend, and were the few auto repair places we have tend to be overbooked, the West Point Auto Spa was able to take me in with no notice and plugged my tire that was going flat. This is not the only time they were here for me on a moments notice. They also told me that they are now opening on Sundays as well. Thanks again WP Auto Spa!

I’d read a bad review and mentioned that to Hector, the manager. Told him it kept me away for a couple of weeks. After all my car was new. I needed the white glove treatment.
I like him. I like the service. I like the price. Everyone gets a bad review in a while. But, the positives certainly outweigh any negatives. Give these guy your business. Let them get to know you. Jackie, from highland falls.

I write this review as I sit waiting for my car to be washed finally. Tried to sell me a fluid change I didn’t need and harped on about how it needed to be changed. I have a regular mechanic, but I swung in here hoping to be in and out. I will never get that hour back, but it’s worth it to know they try to sell you service (s) that you don’t need. If I had not known my car so well they would have gotten another 200 – 400 out of me. Thank god my regular mechanic is honest! Now I don’t even look at this place when I drive by to work anymore.

Worst experience. Although the lounge is beautiful, the service was despicable. Upon entering, the establishment was a ghost town. We were told to be there at 8:30am for an appointment and waited for 10 minutes without seeing a single person. Eventually, while waiting for someone to appear, we called the office from our cell phone and a woman finally entered. She seemed extremely annoyed with us. We were told that the process would take two and a half hours. We waited for over FIVE HOURS and the car HADN’T EVEN BEEN STARTED. They pulled the car around and told us to wait for 15 minutes. The seats and mats were soaked but uncleaned and covered in plastic. It now reeks of MOLD. The polish on the windshield was not properly removed so it looks like driving in a fog. So, I had to do something I never do… call to complain. Finally, the third time we called, we spoke to a woman who was extremely rude. (I’m assuming the same woman.) Upon hanging up the phone, she called us a «BUNCH OF IDIOTS» when she thought we could no longer hear her.
Do not, I repeat, do NOT expect anything from this establishment other than verbal abuse and mold. I’ve never been so disappointed.

The car wash is EXTREMELY SLOW. It took over half an hour, and there was only one car ahead of me. Other than that, they get the car pretty clean, and the waiting area is very nice (though they sometimes run out of sodas in the soda machine).

On two occasions, I caught them not checking/​adding the fluids they have on the checklist. Once they put regular oil instead of the synthetic I asked for (I’ve gotten synthetic in this car for years in, it’s not something I overlook).
The car wash part is fine I guess, but I really don’t need $ 5 off an upgraded car wash when my oil isn’t being changed properly. Always have to remind the workers that i paid for armor-​all on the tires. It seems they just don’t do it and hope you won’t notice.
The lounge is the best part but the wifi sucks.
Now I go elsewhere for oil changes, I don’t need «upgraded» car washes when my engine fluids aren’t checked… that’s the whole reason I’m there.

Service was OK at best and the store manager is clearly a snake oil salesman. Its very apparent hes been in this business a long time because he knows how to sell his overprices product. He was semi inappropriate talking about drama with the owners who are in construction and its very apparent because the place is beautiful. It was hard to admire it though when he spent 20 minutes talking about how underpaid and under appreciated he is. The staff are hard working and your car does come out clean but keep in mind, if you plan on getting any mechanical work done there, get a few quotes ahead of time. Oil is cheap and fast, anything else you are getting ripped off big time. The manager claims he «knows people» and can get parts extra cheap compared to his competitors. Shop around. they aren’t that cheap. Drove 3 minutes to Napa down the street and I spent half what he was quoting me on the part. I don’t mind paying labor, but if you are trying to charge me $ 400 for a $ 200 part I can get 3 minutes down the road, your «connections» aren’t as useful as I would like. I met one of the owners and he was very nice. I hope he fixes this management problem because it made me and everyone standing in the lobby uncomfortable.

What an outstanding outfit! The manager makes this place humm with friendly quality service and reasonable prices. I can;t wait for them to add more mechanical repair services. And the best part? You can hang out in a man-​cave environment with comfy sofas, big-​screen TV’s — I’d hang out here more if they served food! All other auto spas pale in comparison. Looking forward to seeing how good their detailing is.

Very reasonably priced, with a basic wash and vaccuum for $ 13. However, an exceptional personal interaction: my credit card just expired, and I only had $ 12 cash… the attendant (perhaps owner?) would only accept $ 10, and refused to take more, claiming that I should always keep cash on hand.
Otherwise: clean, courteous, more magazines than you can handle, and drinks to boot. A nice find!

Really nice management… I came earlyish on a weekday and got two cars oil changes and complimentary car washes. Quick, easy, and prices comparable to Walmart. Both cars needed extra services but the manager showed me the fluids and convinced me it needed to be done. I will come back because of the convenience and the HORRIBLE experience I had last time at the local Walmart. Plus I love supporting a new local business!

After recently moving back to the Northeast, I realized that having my car washed and waxed would be a good thing, since y’all salt the roads up here, so I spun by West Point Auto Spa & Lube.
Because they only recently opened, and also because it was late afternoon on a gloomy Sunday, there didn’t seem to be a lot of business. As it happens, I was promptly greeted by the friend manager who had his staff quickly take my car to have it serviced. I ordered «the sargeant,» which includes a «corporal wash» (exterior wash, windows in & out, door jambs cleaned, towel dry), rim polish, tire shine, hot lava wax, and a free fountain soda or coffee for $ 15.95. I also had a $ 3.00 coupon.
15 minutes later, they rolled my car out front and it was as pretty as it looked when I took it off the dealer’s lot in 2002! Seriously, I don’t think that car has been so clean since I purchased it.
They were super nice, too.
Support local business and stop in here next time you need a wash/​wax/​detail.
Also, they do oil changes!
