Exceptional service: on Saturday night I sent an email to FlashZebra with a question about a particular flash sync cord. I thought I might get a response by Monday or Tuesday. The response came that same night. Lon Coleman of FlashZebra had a follow up question for me which I answered that night, and once again got his response that night. I ordered the item on Sunday, the next day. That same day I received a confirming email stating that the item would be mailed on Monday. On Monday I received an email telling me that the item had been mailed First Class. On Wednesday the item arrived with a handwritten note on the invoice. That’s great service!
The item itself seems to be unique to them because I did a fairly extensive online search and didn’t find it anywhere else. The price as well as shipping charges are low. The sync cord seems to be heavy duty and of good quality. I am a satisfied customer.
