I recently was in the shop in Highland Park. Lisa Caris, the manager, was extremely helpful and I had a very positive experience with her in the store. I also had a very good experience in Northfield with Bobbi. All the people were so helpful. Frieda Ankin

I would like this place a lot better if they just weren’t so over priced! The clothing is very hit or miss. Occasionally they have some cute tops. The accessories is where they really excel. Great jewelry, bags and scarfs. Again, I can’t say it enough, really expensive for what it is! Also, I kind of agree with other reviewers regarding the staff. They tend to be pretty cool and not particularly friendly.

I was recently in the North Shore of Chicago for a family reunion. I was taking my granddaughter shopping and was told of Enaz. Wonderful. store. The clothes are so fabulous, not only for the young, but I even found things for myself. There was no pressure(which I love), but there was someone to answer any questions we had. Be sure to check out the jewelry. Unique and beautiful. It was a great experience. Naomi D.

I love shopping at Enaz. Every time I walk in the door I’m always greeted with a friendly welcome. I love their clothing and unique selection of jewelry! I can’t find anything like it anywhere else. It’s definitely my go to store. Love the girls that work there and love the store. It’s my favorite place to shop!

After being in retail for 18 years I know all about how to treat every customer who walks in your door. And that would be to greet them! I was completely ignored the other day in highland park. And wanted to give a heads up to the owners who live blocks away from me. It is a complete turn off and I refuse to purchase a thing in the future. There are plenty of other places to go.

From the window, you would think this store would have some really funky and fun stuff, but when we went in it was really just black and white sweaters. Plus no one offered to help us despite the fact that there were at least three employees standing around and we were looking for something specific– a fun sort of dress for a rehearsal dinner. We could have used some assistance… It would have saved us some time looking around the store for something they absolutely didn’t have.

I recently posted a review of Enaz as a result of a truly negative experience. The salesperson was rude and openly offended me. It was clear she thought she was more important than a paying customer. I am even more disappointed to see that my review has been removed. I don’t view that as an appropriate response by management. Wish I could post this review without giving them even the one star, but system won’t allow it.

I went to the Enaz location in Northfield last week. Bobby and Donna were excellent sales people. They were so nice and helpful. I bought a sweater that was originally $ 180.00 less 30%. I wore the sweater that night and when I came home I took off my coat and realized that the sweater was pilling. I called the store and the owner told me that since I wore the sweater it can’t be returned/exchanged. You are kidding! You don’t stand by your products? They didn’t even suggest that i bring it in so they could look at it. I spent around $ 130.00(originally $ 180.00) for a sweater that I will probably not wear again. That was the first and last time I will buy anything from ENAZ.

ENAZ has the most overpriced, over-hyped clothes that I have ever seen. Their clothes are junk and they use high pressure sales tactics to make the sale. As soon as the customer leaves ENAZ, they talk about how fat or ugly the customer is and what a big sucker they are. ENAZ is all sizzle and no steak.

I love Enaz! It’s my «go to» spot when I need a gift or a cute outfit. The sales girls and owners know my style, but aren’t afraid to bring me things outside of my comfort zone. It’s one of the few smaller boutiques around where I know I can always find something. Great jewelry and accessories. For the record… I’m a 50 year old North Shore resident who wears a 6/8, but my 16 year old, size 2 daughter can usually find a top or leggings that work for her too.

It’s nice walking into a place where someone greets you and asks if they can help you find anything. I noticed a previous review from 2008 that said the sales staff didn’t acknowledge them, but maybe they read the review and improved their store because Bobbi(spelling?) was ready to help fill my dressing room with items I chose. My favorite reason for shopping at boutiques is to have someone help you find your style and sizes, especially when you’re undressed in the dressing room and need a different size. I felt the outfits were simple, but unique, yet, by adding a few splashy pieces of jewelry(which they have there), you had an upscale outfit. The pricing was typical boutique pricing for brands such as Michael Stars, Sanctuary and Velvet.

I agree my girlfriend went here last week and they were so rude to her. I mean, the girl has money and wants to spend it. She was so offended that nobody even came to ask her if she needed help she walked right out. Her review is to follow. The owners are obnoxious and their clothes are overpriced.
