My wife and I don’t even know where to begin. Our journey has been going on for many years and is not yet over. They only reason that we have continued to pursue extending our family beyond the 2 of us is all because of Dr. Eve Feinberg. She is the most wonderful women that I have ever meet (except for my wife of course). Her compassion and understanding for our situation has been so far beyond our expectations, that Unilocal would need to add an additional 10 stars just to do justice to her. FCI is incredibly lucky to have her and we would have given up long ago if it were not for her. The staff at FCI is amazing. They answer questions promptly and take the time to listen to our concerns. Some reviews talk about a sort of cattle call in the way they do monitoring in office. They absolutely move people through quickly when monitoring each day and this is on purpose. They respect the fact that any women monitoring also has somewhere to be and as consuming as this process can be, no one wants to sit and wait especially considering you have to go in multiple times and towards the end of a cycle it can be almost every day. If you have a question they will stop and answer it, but if you don’t, they move you through so no one has to wait very long. FCI has a large practice and at times it can feel impersonal if you let it, but we have never asked a question that was not answered and have never sent an email that was not responded to within 24 hours. The great benefit of FCI beyond the compassion and caring of Dr. Feinberg is the fact that there are a number of experienced doctors who collectively have a great deal of experience and they can tap this experience to develop the best protocol that will ensure the best possible outcome. I can’t say enough about the positive experience we have had with FCI and Dr. Feinberg.

After months of trying to help out a friend this clinic did us all wrong. We want through so many steps and paper work with the lindenhurst location. They knew my wife is on high blood pressure meds from the beginning, but she got the ok from her obgyn. The clinic waited till they must have gotten enough money out of our friends, because as soon as it was time to get things going they decide to send my wife to their another dr. This dr. Was so b.s. The dr does not know my wife and just seen her once. Saying that it would not work for my wife to have a baby for our friends. Every other dr and appointment she has had was fine but when push comes to shove they now say no. Well why would they wait till now other than they got the money. I would say go anywhere other than this clinic

Dr. Feinberg is, hands-​down, the best doctor I’ve ever had. Fertility treatment was not only daunting due to the number of appointments and medications it requires, but also comes at a time when one feels most vulnerable. Dr. F’s demeanor toward her patients minimizes any stress that comes with this territory. We completely trusted her opinion and felt like she was with us every step of our fertility journey. I think we would have called it quits earlier in the process if we’d been set up with a doctor who wasn’t able to listen, validate and explain in the way she did. Thank God we were set up with her-​Our twins are about to turn one, and I still periodically drop her an email with an update on how they’re doing. :)

Dr. Kaplan and his team are outstanding! I would recommend this clinic to anyone going through this journey… both of my boys were a result of this team’s work. Your journey will probably take longer than you expect, but just remember, the end result makes it all worth it in the end!

I have beautiful baby boy because of them! The best gift in the world! Dr. Feinberg is great, the staff is so nice and puts up with all of our mama drama. So many thank you’s to the team in Highland Park.
You don’t wish this process on anyone but if you have to go through with it then this is the place to go if you live in the North shore.

And here’s an update to my original review nearly three years ago to the date. Thanks to Dr. Feinberg, we’re expecting our second son. We trusted her enough with our care to fly halfway across the country back to Chicago to have her treat us, despite having moved to California and knowing that there are plenty of fertility doctors out here just as reputable. She truly is one-​of-​a-​kind amazing.
Our experience while living over 2,000 miles away from the FCI offices in Highland Park were nothing short of wonderful. Dr. Feinberg and her staff made sure that they went out of their way to treat us as if we were living next door. We received phone calls after hours because of the time change and Dr. Feinberg never hesitated to answer any question that we had, regardless of the time of day that we asked it. Our care was coordinated brilliantly, our concerns were handled brilliantly… it was all just great.
I truly can’t say enough about Dr. Feinberg which is why I came back to Unilocal to update the review. If we hadn’t already decided that we were going to stop growing our family at two children, I’d consider going back for a third just to be treated with the care and respect of Dr. Feinberg and her staff.
She is in a league of her own.
