I have worked with Kfir several times for computer issues, both hardware and software related. Each time he always gave me options, including help on how to get the manufacturer to fix the issue as part of the warranty, even though I was initially told by the manufacturer that this part of the computer is not covered.
I am rather computer knowledgeable myself, and usually fix all my own problems, but with things changing so much more recently, I now trust my issues to Kfir, knowing that I will get choices and know the costs and risks as best as possible before we start.
Highly recommended.
