Although I will admit I have never been in the toy part of the store, I believe the real treasure is the other side of it. She goes to trade shows and collects unique items that are such a bargain and find. Every time I have been there she has been nothing but sweet, kind, and helpful. I picked up an elephant figure figuring it was being sold by itself and instead of selling it to me that way, she informed me they were a pair. She’s always fair and for a mom and pop kind of place, definitely worth the trip. Will always come back to visit every time I am at highland park.

This is an awesome toy store. The selection is great and I can always count on assistance from whoever is working. For example, I can ask them for help finding a gift for an 8 year old in the $ 15 range and they will make great recommendations. The fact that the toy store is combined with a nice gift shop makes it possible to shop for adults and kids in the same shopping trip. I also love shopping at locally owned stops.
