Red Zone is the worst. I specifically worked with Mariola. My realtor reached out to see a foreclosure property of hers before it came on the market. It took two weeks and three phone calls to get an appointment — and first available appointment was not until one week later! The day before the showing (I was supposed to be the first appointment) — it was under contract with one of her clients? Talk about shady and corrupt!

If I could give them less I would. So here is my story of warning before you deal with them. This company is a husband and wife… They only answer to themselves and in turn they have no obligation to make anyone other than their banks happy. I have spent the last three months attempting to purchase a home that they represent. It was listed as a Fannie may, so I tried that route… They said I couldn’t use that type of financing. So I tried again and again and again. Now they have stated that there issues with the home that makes it un-​viable for financing at all. I think they are just shiesters. They have made my attempt to by a home worse than a colonoscapy. Every time they accepted a bid from me they put in some outrageous stipulation and removed stipulations in my bid hoping that it would go unnoticed. Stay away from these people!!! These two are snakes and for your realtors sake RUN LIKE HELL! Unless it is your life forever dream castle of awesome… don’t waste your time with them. I have three months or so I cannot get back that I missed out on other viable properties. Worst company I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE! !!

I believe mariola is the owner or one of the owners. None the less she is the most worthless person I’ve dealt with in my life. She is shameless, and uneducated. It will not take you long to figure this out. Among a plethora of bad business practices I’ve seen her do including being very difficult with my Realtor and out right rude she will try to nickle and dime the funds of your loan for her own gain or profit. We told her we wanted the locks changed on our newly puchased home, she only changed one lock for the front door and gave us a bill showing it cost 150 $ HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH… I called her up and asked her on what planet do they charge 150 for a simple lock change and how is my house anymore secure than before when only one of my doors have been changed lol. I’m actually laughing while typing this. Man, she is stupid lol. Anyways get a load of this. She tells me «find me someone that charges less then 150 for a lock and I’ll make him a very rich man» hahahahahahahah… imagine that in a Russian accent lol. Oh I almost forgot this funny part… when I told her that the keys didn’t work for the other doors except for the front she asked «did you try putting the key in those doors?» Lol… No mariola, I looked at the teeth on the key and decided it probably wouldn’t work. My God she was pathetic lol. Anyways it was clear to me she hired her friend to do the door and didn’t think I would look at the small details of where some of the funds of my loan were going to, so I told her she had 48 hours to the other doors or else. Anyways she asked me to find someone and (not kidding) a block away from her office is a lock smith that charged only 70… she sent me a check for it and I told her «go make that guy rich now» In short, she sucks and has no clue what she is doing and is rude and unhelpful. I hate her and so should you.

I hope that I never have to deal with this company again. Both Mariola and her managing broker are unprofessional. They are both rude and do not know common business practices and courtesies. She does not represent her clients in a good manner and they should be aware of it.
