Don’t waste your time!
When working on a large total renovation project, I thought I had found a great local source, nice looking designer quality product, nice presentation. There seems to be one sales associate & the owner one would think a small showroom like this would offer great service– especially in a slow economic climate. Not the case. I stopped one time to scope. A second to shop — I was turned away because the sales associate was preparing for another client. The third time they offered to help until their appointment came. I requested pricing 2 times never received a follow up call. Oh, and try to get a sample to show a client — they do not release samples over the weekend & if you can get them they must be returned next day. Ridiculous customer service, not even sure why they open the doors. Seriously, time is money, and they have no respect what so ever for their clientele’s time.
