For such a nice looking facility a lot of their staff can’t read I can’t believe they are cna. Nurses training wow I don’t know who is doing the hiring but holy cow I have gotten cna that wanted to do a procedure found they were in the wrong room and actually got combative I also had a nurse insist she gave me my Med & didn’t with a arguing. Temper I could go on & on

Spent 10 day’s in WB-​one of the most stressful times ever.
Severely understaffed, often took an hour for someone to respond to my activating my call light. Food is awful-​bland and usually served cold. Nursing staff tries to please but because there are not enough nurses for the 200+ beds did not feel safe. Left numerous messages for senior management that never were answered. Was there 10 days-​saw Doctor once. Called front desk for assistance-​phone rang 32 times before anyone answered.
Only positive resource was PT-​qualified and personable staff.

I recently visited Warren Barr North Shore and was very impressed. This facility was very clean, the staff was very friendly — in the halls the nurses always said hello when you passed. The elevators weren’t slow like they are at some other places. There is valet there too which makes parking that much easier. They are going under renovation right now too.
