We go to this one basically because it’s right down from our favorite Pottery Barn(which are the same company) The staff is helpful, if not borderline pushy on useless product knowledge that I have caught them being wrong on several occasions. When I go into a W-S, I know what I want and where to look for it. If I have a question, I’ll ask. I realize Staub is amazing cookware, LeCreuset(The look at how much money I have to waste on cookware cookware) is a joke and should not be compared to it. The actual characteristics of the cookware construction is COMPLETELYDIFFERENT. I also don’t appreciate having you interrupt me 3 times while talking to my husband about his product. Overall, I’m happy with this location and the staff is friendly. They have this somewhat diluted sense that holding off on marking down the clearance items will get them top dollar which is not the case. Mark it down and move it out.

I usually love Williams-Sonoma, but we went there this past week and the salespeople just pointed us in vague directions toward walls, and their full selection wasn’t out, so we had to go back and ask the same question again for what we were looking for. Their prices can be high, too… But for specialty kitchen items, it’s kind of a go-to place!

Love that we have Williams Sonoma in our town. I love to cook and if I need a specialty pan or tool I can count on them to have it. Draw back, prices are high. But that being said this is a chain store and prices are set across the board. Quality of product is extremely high. Almost everyone I know getting married registers at Williams Somoma. Yesterday I was able to go into our store have them pull up the wedding registry and pick out something that the couple wants(and in my price range) for the bridal shower scheduled for July!
