I’m very disappointed in the fact we got charged, $ 50 for only 3 miles, an 8 minute ride. You came highly recommended from the hotel. I wanted the night to be special, as it was my boyfriends 30^th and was excited to use your service. As well as you saying «You would take care of us, and be fair». Not the case. We do a lot of big events, and use cars, cabs, limos, but next time we will take a cab for $ 15 or other means of transport, instead of being charged almost 4 times the cost of a cab, and at least double of what a limo would have charged for 15 – 20 minutes of their time. Thanks for your service, but we will not be recommending you to anyone, and will also be notifying the hotel of your poor customer service. We used Val, who we were told to call.
