Best pedicure ever — not sure how I’ll ever go back to a normal one, now. They treat this as a spa experience, meaning it’s not their purpose to get you in an out as fast as possible. You start off soaking your feet for a few minutes, and then the greatness begins. Hot wrap around your neck, reclining chair that puts you horizontal, warm blanket that leave you all cozy, and a lavender scented eye mask all before the foot massage/​pedicure begins. Truly amazing — I’m not sure what was my favorite part — the reclining chair, the foot massage, the warm towel, or the fact that the technicians don’t talk to you which allows you to completely relax and just enjoy. I went with three other people and we all loved this.

After my second time visiting this spa, I’m going to stick with my 4 star rating. The service is top notch. I especially appreciated the fact that they let me enjoy the complimentary foot soak after my massage since I wasn’t able to get to the appointment early. Becky, who takes care of you before your treatments does a fantastic job! I’m sure I’ll be visiting again.

The prices are a bit high, but you’ve got clean surroundings and it’s more upscale than a storefront nail place. Manicurists should be better at customizing their hand massages based on what pressure you tell them you need. They offer shellac nails as well as «typical» manicures. A «boutique» with a variety of lotions and potions is in the front of the store. When you’re done, you can wander around Highland Village and do more shopping.

It’s just not often we get the chance to «take a break and get away». Being that it was someone’s birthday… we took a leap of faith and our trust was well rewarded.
Coldwater Creek, The Spa was a total joy, refreshing, and healing. That was a great experience from the foot soak to the massage, it was first class all the way!
A bit high in the cost compared to other spas but worth it. Thanks so much for the great day!
