Went to Urgent care this morning with a foot injury. I was helped in a good time and Dr. was friendly and helpful. I have a fractured baby toe not happy about that, but it is what it is. Using my knee scooter. Also, the staff of nurses and check-​in personnel are friendly and helpful.

I feel the need to post a review about Doctor Brian Beitel. He’s been my Ob since 2009. He delivered my last child and just gave me a hysterectomy 6 days ago. I first want to say how much I love how he is always on time. Never makes me wait more then 15 mins in the waiting room. He’s very professional and knows what he’s doing. I had the easiest delivery with my youngest child. The hysterectomy was so easy and successful, I stop taking all pain meds 3 days after. Even before I stop my pain level was never more then a 5 (1 – 10). I feel like the only reason my recovery has been such a breeze is because of him. I would strongly recommend him as an Ob.

Dr. Whiteside is the BEST doctor I have EVER had in my life. His nurse and medical assistant and NP are all rock stars in my book.
My appointments are never ever a long wait. They almost always work me in — if I can’t see the doctor, I can see the NP.
The nurses always answer any questions I have about procedures, tests, medications and illnesses.
They are on TOP of my medical history and any issues I have are resolved right away. They are the fastest for referrals, call backs and refills.
Dr. Whiteside is awesome at explaining complicated medical stuff in every day laymans language and very reassuring when I’m anxious.
He really listens and has been my doctor for almost 10 years… The whole office staff is a dream team!

Lailae Furutan, MD, is one of the best doctors have I had the pleasure of going to as a patient. It is always important for me to find a doctor that will listen to me, answer any questions I have, and provide proper medical care to meet my needs. It might sounds simple, but far too many doctors don’t really listen, seem put out with lots of questions and they treat you like a number. Not Doctor Furutan. Also having an HMO its been great going to a doctor that will actually do a referral if she feels you are having an issue that is outside of her area of expertise. Her lack of ego, that plagues so many in healthcare, if refreshing.
I would give this review 5 stars if it were based strictly on Dr Furutan. However the nursing staff that work here generally leave something to be desired and bring down my rating. I have had to call the nursing manager and make an appointment to see the doctor (and take several hours out of my day), because the nursing staff didn’t know how to provide information that my health insurance required.
