Just ok. The juice was very tasty– but gave me a stomachache and made my heart race. I ordered a lower nicotine than what I normally use, so I’m not sure why it would do that, unless they mixed it wrong. I’ve been using e-​juice for about a year so it’s not like I’m new to the stuff. The employee working was not friendly at all. They are also closed Sunday and Monday. I waited two days to be able to go here based on other reviews and wish I hadn’t. I’m traveling and I always rely on reviews like this, so I thought I’d better add my two cents. Meh.

I was visiting from out of state and figured i would check out what Indiana had to offer. Well vaping has yet to take off as it has in the south but if you are looking for a place that can help you, this is it. The staff is very knowledgeable about all the current devices on the market and the formulation of eliquid. If you are trying to quit smoking or looking for an alternative appetite suppressant, check out the staff. They will help you with your questions and they can get you started in the right direction. Weather you are a beginner or advanced in vaping they are awesome. I can attest that the juice that is crafted is legit, they know what they are doing. All natural ingredients equal a nice smooth vape, particularly when you start getting down in the sub ohm range. I’m enjoying my sweetish fish now… great job guys and good luck with the local legislation.

I’ve needed to stop in a couple of times for juice and batteries and their customer service has been great. They have a huge menu of juice flavors to choose from (and a really helpful printed menu), and we’re very patient as I sampled and found the ones I wanted. My only complaint is that they aren’t open on Mondays!

This was my first visit to a vapor shop and I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was patient to all my questions and worked with me to determine the best liquid for my needs. They were able to address my concerns for the safety of liquids, especially with all the press about ecigs lately. They claim to make their own liquids and advertise the contents proudly on their wall.
If you want to get a real education on vapors and ecigs, this is the place to go. Don’t waste you time on the Blu’s, V2’s, etc… I wish I had stopped here before wasting my money and time on the others.

Kind sweet staff, really chill environment. Got royaly screwed on price. WAY overpriced. Payed OVER double online price. I love helping a local business but no that’s ridiculous.

Excellent customer service!
My 1^st visit, I came in 14 minutes before the shop’s close time. I was looking for e-​liquid for two EGO new starter kits that I purchased somewhere else. I was already using an Encore starter set, but didn’t like that it was proprietary and not rebuildable. The staff never rushed me and explained the hardware they had with the pros and cons of each. While we were talkin about the hardware, they were also asking about my taste in e-​juice and smoking habit, while giving me samples of their in-​house flavor creations.
They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I never felt rushed or pressured and they stayed open an extra 45 minutes to finish helping me. I ended up buying itazte vv starter kit and 2 of their e-​juices.

This place is fantastic! The staff there is completely knowledgeable on all their products and are extremely helpful and patient if you have a million questions like most people do. You can try any vapors on their huge menu. I have been price matching online and they have great prices. Once you pick what vapor you want they go in the back and mix it to your specifications of flavor and nicotine level. They are kind of hidden in that plaza, but once you find them you’ll be back :)
