I recently purchased a home in Hammond, IN with Donna Zisoff’s help. Before I could begin looking for houses in earnest, I had to find a realtor. I had luck with Coldwell Banker agents in different markets so I decided to start with the closest office they had to my desired home location. After reading profiles for several agents, I decided on Donna. I’m very glad that I did. It was great to have such an experienced and dedicated person working on my behalf to help identify potential homes, assess and compare homes and then help me close the best deal I could.
With her guidance, I am convinced that I paid less for the house then I would have if left to my own devices; both in the final purchase price and the conditions put on the closing following the inspection.
Donna is sharp, fair and has a solid understanding of market value. She was always prompt in getting back to me, had an excellent understanding of what I was looking for in a house and is a genuinely good person.
