Let me start off by saying the orthodontics themselves & treatments are fine. As far as the professionalism and courtesy of the staff… not so much. Appointments are nearly impossible to get and if you have a career or live more than 10 minutes away you can forget it. Oh, and if you happen to get one of the few early appointments, then have to cancel or reschedule, you’re doomed for the rest of the orthodontic treatment. You will NEVER get your«spot»(as they call it) back and you will never get another early appointment. If they owe you a refund for over payment you may as well kiss it goodbye too because it will take at least 6 months to get. And lastly, don’t ever ask about your child’s treatments, or question ANYTHING! If you do, your intelligence will be insulted & you will be treated(by the assistants) as a complete blazing fool. So, with that, if I ever had a choice — I would NOT choose Haug orthodontics. I will gladly pay my $ 5,000 to almost anyone else. I believe Dr. Haug does a fine job. Her choice of staff however, leads me to seriously doubt her integrity.
