I’ve been getting my nails done here for a long time and I really enjoy every visit. The ladies are great! They do a great job. Vivían always accommodates to your schedule. I would recommend it to everyone.

The ladies in here are so nice, they do an excellent job. It’s very clean, I’ve never waited more than a few mins for a pedicure. Very reasonable $ 24 for callus removing pedicure & they really scrub your feet!

When I first had acrylic nails, I went to pretty much every shop in Highland. I found that the manicures lasted much longer here, and they are very reasonably priced. The shop is not super fancy, but they have remodeled recently and it is very inviting. One thing I’m particular about is sanitation, and I notice that all the tools are sanitized, and they take great care in cleaning the pedicure stations after each use. The employees are very friendly, and they do their best to make customers happy. The owner, Vivian, does a great job on my nails. She has a light touch with the grinder so that it doesn’t get hot on your nail bed when she’s smoothing out the acrylic, and she is good at remembering how I like my nails. I have had such good experiences here that I never even think about going elsewhere.

It was very nice and the workers are very friendly, but I felt very rushed. The design on my nails look great but the acrylic fill looks HORRIBLE. Deep lines all around the nail from where she shaved it down. Probably the last place I’d go to get my nails done.

I can always count on Vivian and her girls. I come here and always leave here happy and satisfied and always looking fabulous. Great prices and nice location. Always quiet and calm environment.

I’ve been going to Highland Nails getting my nails done by Vivian for several years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. The service is great, and a very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. All the technicians do great work.

I have never been unhappy with the service and my nails always look awesome love the work Vivian does on my nails she is soo good I can’t go anywhere and get that.

Don’t you hate when you go to a place that you’ve been going to for 5 years and someone new is hired and they make you hate your experience. Well I do. I’ve been coming here for years for my eyebrow waxing and love the job each time. I should have just went home when I saw Lilly wasn’t going to be doing my eyebrows today. She does an amazing job. Instead I had a new girl. Who made the experience not so pleasant. I hate when people assume the eyebrow shape and never ask what my preference would be. She rushed the whole thing, skipped the oil at the end but what I found hilarious was she literally had her entire forearm on my sternum. Never in all the years that I’ve been going there did anyone ever have to put there forearms on my chest to get the job done. This girl was literally all over the place and when I asked her to correct the brows at the end she only corrected one! Like why would I want just one brow fixed? I’m debating on whether not going there anymore or just making sure I never go there when Lilly isn’t there. I wish I knew the girls name to put here but all I can say was she definitely was new and younger then most of them in age and experience.

I recently moved into the area and decided to stop in due to the other good reviews. This is a smaller nail salon with only 4 or 5 pedicure chairs (the one i used to go to had 15) but i love the «family» feel. Everyone was really nice and there was 2 other guests there. I walked right in and they got to buisness on my toes!

This nail and spa is close to my residence and I enjoy going here to get my eyebrows done. I’ve been going here for little over a year, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. They have currently expanded the shop which is great, not to crowed or over populated, if I might say so myself. I have had several people do my eyebrows, and they always come out great.

Good service. Relaxing calm environment. Staff isn’t in a rush to get you out the door nor are they talking to each other back and forth like in other places. Fairly priced. I think I found my new pedicure place. A+

They can’t even do a decent clean manicure. If you can’t do that I wouldn’t even want to know how they do anything else.
They are nice tho.

The place was clean but the craftsmanship of my nails are terrible. I got the white sparkled colored acrylic and the lines are very uneven. It felt very rushed and the end result is sloppy. Won’t go back.

Walked in and was immediately was say in the massage chair for the pedicure nice and relaxing. Then received manicure both services thorough and done well.

So I came here as a last minute wimm to get my hands and feet done. I just have natural nails but I wanted to go and relax.
The Good… It’s cheap and the thing is that it wasn’t busy at all (surprising for a Saturday) so they helped me right away. The older viet lady started to do my feet and a young viet boy, all of 16 or 17 started to do my hands. I felt kind of weird with the boy doing my hands because he looked like a street racer and at first I thought he was a guests son but he was a worker. It’s cool though… he was gentle.
The Bad… the old lady doing my feet started to cut the dead skin from side of nails, like the dry areas and she cut too much on my big toes and it HURT! I’m surprised I didn’t start bleeding. I didn’t say anything because I am quiet and don’t want to be a bi*% to them you know. It did start to get red though from irritation. After that all I could think was «I hope it doesn’t get infected». And by the way, my toes did hurt for the next 4 days!
Overall, I don’t think that I will be coming back to this place. The people were nice, the place was clean and not busy, but the fact that felt pain from something that should have been a relaxing time is not worth my time again, unfortunately.

Guest Unilocal from the wife — «Nail salon located in Highland’s Albertson’s Plaza. Friendlier staff than other nail places I’ve been to. At other nail salons they shuffle me from station to station where different people do different tasks (buffing, trimming, polishing, etc). Not here. They’re friendly and stay with you through the entire process.
They always get you in promptly whether you are a walk-​in client or have an appointment. Their technicians are knowledgable — they even caught a fungal nail infection I picked up from another nail salon and treated it; clearing it up in just a few days. I’ve never had any problems with them at all. A good place to go whether you want a fill, a full set or a pampering spa pedicure.»
