I’ve had enough with this so-​called business. When I was in NY attending school, I left my stuff with the owner and he was supposed to a) help me sell my parts of my broken laptop with a promise that he’d send a check and b) mail me back my laptop sleeve which attaches to my backpack at home. Well, idk what it is about the owner but I sure do know that he has integrity and communication issues. I’ve left fairly negative reviews about this business on a couple occasions and because of it have been accused of extortion by the owner himself for my right as a customer to write how I felt about this business, but nonetheless this review is here to stay!
After sorting things out with my previous reviews with the owner, he finally promised that he took his business seriously and fully understands customer care. So to give him another chance, I said okay. We made an agreement that I would txt him my address to send me all of my things. He confirmed my txt and told me he’d give me a tracking code. So far, all I’ve received was a random phone call from him about a mix-​up with my zip code, that he already answered his own question, laughed and then we said goodbye (wtf). Well, it’s been another month. continuing forward, I’ve emailed, texted, called, and NO reply. Exactly. Communication issues up the a**. He only randomly when he wants to and it’s weird!
As far as integrity goes. I may be 700+ miles away, but I sure as hell have no trust in this guy. He just comes off as a complete scammer. I’ve been waiting day by day to see if anything remotely computer related would come to my door and of course there wasn’t and still isn’t anything to be found. I want my stuff, and I told him that! He never responds and at this point, there literally is no excuse.
I bet now that I write this review, a phone call from the owner will magically appear on my phone, an email will be answered and an accusation of extortion will prevail.
I’ve had it with this owner and his business. Good bye, log out, I’m done.
