Orlando’s Handyman Service

Was looking for a quote to get some work done around my home, so I was excited to call Orlando due to the reviews of a common theme of «professionalism». But was disappointed from the get go. As soon as he answered my call his tone was if I was bothering him and he was snippy with my questions. I could tell it wasn’t going to go well, so I ended our call soon after. My goal is to always support small business, but also looking for great service for my business.

To start off with I would like to say how professional Orlando and his assistant Linda were when I first met them. As I explained to Orlando all of the different things that needed to be done. Linda not only took notes and photos to ensure that all the different things could be included in the quote. One of the most difficult tasks for Orlando would be working around my schedule. Which he assured me was not a problem. Not only did he work around my schedule his professionalism and craftsmanship towards his work was above most that I had ever dealt with. He was exceptionally fair with his pricing especially for the quality of work that was done. My only regret was that I didn’t have more for him to do. If ever you’re looking for a handyman or someone to do the little odd jobs. Then Orlando is the one that I would recommend!

I found Orlando’s handyman business on Unilocal.When I called Orlando to set up an appointment for him to do some repairs at my mother’s house, he was very eager to help me. He said he could come to do the work anytime I needed him, since he lived close to my mom’s house. I setup an appointment, but later had to change it and he wasn’t upset at all. He let me pick another time that was most convenient for me. The day of service, he arrived right on time. I showed him what needed to be done. He was friendly and easy going as he explained how he would unplug the main bathtub and master bathroom shower. Orlando, then, installed a new faucet in a small bathroom near the garage. The faucet looked great after he put it in. Finally, Orlando set to work on fixing the shower door in the master bath.
He worked very hard on the shower. He even took off the shower door, but the door was just too old to fix correctly, so I decided to purchase a new one. But, the door is a lot better than it was before Orlando worked on it. Orlando said he would install a new door for me and even pick it up from Lowes. Orlando completed all the work I requested in record time. Best of all, Orlando’s prices are very fair. I highly recommend Orlando if you need a friendly and hard working handyman. He even wears nice smelling cologne.

I just wanted to thank the wonderful crew from Orlando’s Handyman Service! They certainly fixed my little task of changing out a ceiling fan, as they were here I had them bid on other work for my home. Needless to say I will be calling them for all the tasks. I have been waiting on my husband to complete for years. I am finally seeing results in fixing my home and I don’t feel like such a project house anymore. Such great competetive prices with great quality and clean looking team. I will be calling soon as I have more funds.
