Worst apartment property I’ve ever delt with they lie and don’t file paper work right and once I fought for a week and got my lawyer involved then they found a solution. They loose you 30 day notice to get out and then lie and say they can’t put it in the computer only for you to get go in and pay for another month and another thirty days. on top of that they add fees that don’t add up and they talk down to people who call and have a complaint. I’ve talked to numerous people and they have had similar issues. This place needs to go under investigation. Do not move in here it is a nightmare. I do not recommend it. Both savannah and Michelle can never do anything for you and to add on their is roaches everywhere and forget about calling the office they never answer and when you go down to the office they usually are closed taking their two hour lunch. Also once you give a deposit forget about getting it back. They over charge you for keys and unnecessary things.
