The food here is outstanding, the prices are great, the boba is delicious, the dining room looks beautiful and the staff are very kind and friendly. My grandmother recently passed away so i was a bit down when i went in for lunch, but my server was hella nice and really cheered me up. I know my granny would have loved these people because they are extremely kind, just like she was. If you are looking for a fantastic meal at a great price with excellent service, you can’t miss here, five stars fsho.

I love to try different Vietnamese restaurants, to be more specific I like to try phở from different restaurants and this is the first one I tried around this area, and I think there won’t be need to check out a different spot because I feel I’ve found the perfect place, today was my second visit and I’m sure I’ll be coming back very often. To me the broth is the most important part of a phở and T&T makes a really good broth, completely clear and with a great flavor, not greasy or watery like some other places I’ve been to, they make it just right. I also tried their spring rolls and Thai tea. The tea was sweet, tasty and very creamy, just the way I like it(if you haven’t tried a Thai tea before make sure you mix it well before you drink it) If you are looking for the perfect appetizer I recommend the spring rolls, they are fresh and come with an amazing peanut sauce. The place in general is very clean, with a very low level of noise, Helen is really friendly and helpful, she has a great knowledge of the menu. The owner is very nice and friendly too, she stops at the customers tables to great them and get to know them better. So this is are reasons why I give T&T a 5 stars rating: clean, not noisy, great customer service, affordable and great food!

This is one of the best bowls of Phở I’ve had. Bahn Mi sandwich was great for a five year old. Making a stop here the next time we are in the area.

I hate to write bad reviews but this place did not meet my expectations. Staff lack courtesy and You feel like you’re not welcome to have their service at all. No hello’s nor thank you. Geezz better to go to the zoo at least the animals are happier creature. Don’t waste your money and go somewhere else

Found this place on Unilocal and it didn’t disappoint. Upon walking in the staff welcomed us and seated us immediately. The place was clean and nicely decorated. I ordered the vegetarian phở which was really tasty and a iced jasmine green tea yum. It was my moms first time trying phở so she went with the same thing and an order of egg rolls. Our food came out quickly and steaming hot. The egg rolls were nice and crispy. The phở was some of the best I’ve had in a long time. The staff were so friendly and really went out of their way to make sure my mom enjoyed her first experience with Vietnamese food. I’m so glad we found this place. I will now become a regular customer and can’t wait to bring my son and hubby in to try their food and phở. So good!

My hubby and I love this place. Great food, great service, great prices. Very friendly atmosphere. The Phở is delicious and I cannot go there without ordering the spring rolls. Yummy! I get a craving for this place often.

A simple, clean and tasty Vietnamese restaurant nestled away in Highland represents great service and flavors for the area. Highland, California probably won’t be a mecca for innovative or top notch food for a long time, but places like Orchid Thai, Thai Spoon and Phở T & T are bringing much-needed diversity to this town. Phở T & T in particular does a great job of offering homey, casual food at great prices, with good service and a decent selection. Let me be blunt in that this place gets a higher rating than usual– part of its bonus is because Vietnamese food isn’t so common in the Inland Empire, so Phở T & T benefits from not a lot of competition. Don’t let that fool you though– flavors here are more than adequate to satisfy those seeking a Southeast Asian bounty of soups and noodles. Bowls and portion sizes are satisfying and plentiful, and their entrees are not at all greasy or overdone. The phở choices are varied, and the broth is clean, fragrant and not too salty. Meat toppings are generous but not overflowing, so you won’t feel too bloated and heavy after a meal here. Prices are also fair, with phở being about $ 7 – 8 a bowl, and entrees going for about $ 8 – 10. Service is quick, water and drinks are refilled promptly, and the place itself is nicely decorated and lit. With plentiful parking, great staff, good food and excellent value, I would easily recommend Phở T&T to anyone in Highland and the surrounding area if they’re feeling a craving for some good Vietnamese food.

We ordered the phở with round steak and beef balls, a Vietnamese sandwich with pork, and combination soft egg noodle. Everything was very good! The phở has a nice broth and wasn’t too oily. The Vietnamese sandwich was good too, especially considering the cheap price. The noodles were nice too — not too dry. No complaints on anything! Even the service was alright.

I definitely recommend this place if you’re craving some good Vietnamese food. I kept searching around for a great banh mi(Vietnamese sandwich) place because it’s been years since I’ve had a good one and this restaurant provided! For only 3.50, no less! I had a hankering for a bunch of old fashioned Viet food so my boyfriend and I ordered the chicken wings in fish sauce, a sandwich, a bowl of phở tai and a bowl of bun bo hue. Since we had so much, we opted for the smaller bowls of the soups and there was still plenty of food. Depending on what you’ve had or where you’ve had it, the sandwich was a hit for me. I opted for the chicken out of a choice of pork, beef, or chicken. And it had it all! Pickled carrots and radishes, nice fresh cucumber, yummy chicken and the jalapeños, mayonnaise and cilantro that are common in the sandwich. I’m not sure if there was a lot of pâté in it as I didn’t really taste it or bother to look but it satisfied me. The phở broth was really, really good. Very floral and fragrant like you would expect, very rare these days. My bun bo hue, however, tasted a little closer to bun rieu(seafood soup) than a beef broth but the flavor was so good and the spice was perfect that I couldn’t bring myself to complain(or stop eating). The chicken wings had the perfect amount of fish sauce, super yummy. The chicken was just a little over cooked. Will definitely come back next time I’m in the area.

SOLID phở spot! Been here a couple of times… I keep ordering the same spring rolls and beef combo soup, this always seems like a safe choice. The soup was really good. You get more off the rare beef than in most places, also had tendon, tripe, and some other stuff. The broth was much better than a lot of other places. The spring rolls come in sets of two and are on the bigger side. The peanut sauce was pretty tasty also, not too sweet. Most definitely gonna keep coming back and gonna make my way around the menu. Prolly gonna go full service and get me one of those Japanese massages then go eat… Just to make it home and take a nap.

LOVE this place! It is such great ambience and the food is so fresh and delicious! I love the beef phở, the spring rolls, and the vermicelli pork salad. My kids love this place. My daughter likes their mango smoothies. The owners will customize dishes for you too. I wanted a salad so she made one without noodles for me. Venture in… you will be pleasantly surprised to dine at this gem!

I think I’m rather spoiled by the food in the OC and in the 626, though for the area, it’s actually quite nice. A legitimate Vietnamese restaurant filled with the delicious smells of phở located next to a Japanese massage parlor called… Japanese massage. Anyway, we were seated and ordered fairly quickly: Phở #1 and #19: The meat was very soft and tender, which I loved. The broth itself is on the lighter side, but fragrant and the perfect base to add the herbs and limes. The bf found a random item that wasn’t listed in his phở though, and we figure it was«cross contaminated» from another bowl. Good thing we’re not grossed out by tripe. Banh xeo: This was not my favorite. Veeeeery greasy… you could see that the crêpe looked almost sunken in and discolored where the oil was. On its own, definitely expect a whole mouth of grease, but it tasted much better wrapped in veggies and dipped in the sauce. The base of the banh xeo was very bland, as was the filling, but like I said, all was cured with the herbs. I just don’t like that it’s what I HAVE to do to make it essentially edible. Spring rolls: Also not another fave of mine. very heavy on the noodles. I think a good 60% or more were all rice noodles – perhaps I’m spoiled by other phở joints like Golden Deli, where the spring rolls are full of veggies and herbs? Speaking of herbs, there were none in these… making them rather bland. I think the kicker was that the peanut sauce was waaaaay too overly sweet, making it inedible for me(though if you have a sweet tooth like the bf, then you’ll probably like it). They also give whole peanut chunks in there so it’s a bit awkward to eat – I ended up dousing my rolls in hot sauce. Service was okay – waters were filled which is nice. The waitress we got looked a little grumpy and I had to wonder if she hated us at first glance or if she just has RBF… I’m hoping it was none of the above and she just didn’t want to be there for Thanksgiving weekend. Regardless, I was a bit off-putted by her attitude. The other waitress was friendly, though there was a bit of a language barrier so we had a little trouble ordering. I wouldn’t mind coming here again if I was in the area I think… though I’ll stick with the phở and the bun dishes(my friend got that and it looked bomb).

The #phở kit for lunch at #photntvietnamese in #highlandca. The phở is delicious and so it the lemongrass chicken. Quantity is huge, and prices are low to reasonable. The ambiance is great for a small restaurant size in a strip mall and the staff is very friendly with little English

I was headed to the low desert from the high desert and stumbled upon T & T which is located in a small strip center. Ordered the chicken phở with dark meat — the flavor spot on and the portion was generous being the large size. Prices are reasonable here and the waiter and older Vietnamese woman were friendly and efficient. I was surprised how busy this place got when the noon hour began during the week and it filled up completely. Another pro here was the restaurant and restroom was spotless. Overall, I ended up satisfied and would definitely recomend this joint for your phở or Vietnamese foodie fix.

I visited this place again with my mom recently; along with our usual Phở entrée, we ordered the shaken beef dish as well as the fish sauce chicken wings. Both were excellent!!! The staff here are very welcoming and friendly! It was nice to talk with the mother and son owners while enjoying our meals. Thanks! We will back again soon.

From the outside, you wouldn’t be able to tell how nice this place is on the inside! Has your basic Vietnamese menu. Phở and banh mi sandwich was delicious! I would also recommend the Thai ice tea with boba!

We tried this place due to the reviews and were not disappointed. We were a little late for dinner and the staff was very attentive and helpful. They had good food dishes and good service. If you want something you do not see on the menu ask them.

Some of the food was good, some of it was average. The service was good and bad. I guess at the end of the day they earn 2.5 stars. The owner was sweet though so I’ll round up. My friend spilled water and she cleaned it up, and she is an old sweet lady. The server spilled hot soup on my friends leg, and it was HOT. There was no offer for remedy at all, which I thought was weak. My girlfriend and I both got phở. The meat was good, the noodles were cooked well, and the broth was okay. We shared the shrimp skewers and egg rolls as well. Shrimp was good, the egg rolls were not good. Then they give you 2 pieces of lettuce to 4 egg rolls, and not enough fish sauce. I wanted more lettuce and fish sauce. I found this place cause I wanted phở on the way home from big bear and hopped on Unilocal. It’s within 10 minutes of the bottom of the windy mountain drive down. Mediocre dining experience and I probably won’t be back. For locals, I’m not sure how many phở options you have in Highland, but for so cal standards this place is barely average.
