My rating stays the same — but I wanted to comment that I wish they had a website. I need to make an appointment and I just did a huge search without any real results.(Sorry, FB isn’t cutting it anymore!) I tend to question businesses who don’t have a website of their own. A salon, especially a smaller one like this, could take advantage of an online appointment feature(or at least a request-an-appointment feature), having their services and prices online, the names and brief biographies of their stylists, directions to the salon, a sign-up to be alerted about the next appointment, etc. There needs to be someone who regularly checks email to answer questions from potential clients. Something to make them stand out in our small, non-tech town. I still get my hair(and sometimes nails) done by Natalie, I still love her, and I still really, really like this salon… but if I hadn’t heard someone talk about them, I wouldn’t have known anything about them.
