If you’re looking for a head shop that also sells cigarettes, Smokers Depot is really your only option within miles. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a tobacconist for your cigar or «pipe for tobacco use only that actually only gets used for tobacco» needs, you’re probably going to be disappointed. When you first enter, there’s a tiny section of humidors and Dr. Grabow pipes. Three lonesome tins of higher-end pipe tobacco(well, two, now that I bought the sole Drew Estate tin) and very basic accessories. A few overpriced meerschaum pipes in the glass case for show, and that’s about it. On the cigar side, the humidor is tiny, and from a cursory glance, I didn’t bother going inside. From the front of the store to the back, one of the walls is lined with roll-your-own tobacco and accessories, but it’s pretty low-end stuff. Everything else is mostly glass pipes, stoner gear, and off-brand e-cigarette gear. As a cigar /pipe smoker, it’s enough to get by in a pinch. But if you have time to go to somewhere like JR in Southfield or La Casa in Plymouth, make the trip.
