Penny designed a diamond engagement ring for me this year. I chose Penny based on recommendations from numerous of her other customers. I no longer live close to Highland so I was hesitant to design a ring over email. Fortunately I was able to come into Highland for one day to meet with Penny after exchanging numerous emails regarding what I wanted. She was incredibly helpful and had everything prepared for my visit. I will be going back to Penny for any of my future jewelry needs.
