I bought both of our vehicles here and have always been treated like family. I know I’m always getting the best deal. I have my vehicles serviced here and I love that they pick up and return it. I just had our van repaired in the body shop after my wife hit a deer. The vehicle looks great and was returned cleaned inside and out. I highly recommend going to Steve Schmitt for all of your vehicle needs.

They knowing sold us a truck with a rear blown seal. Went through two qts of oil. Gave us issues about repairs said we purchased it as is. Returned truck 3 days ago and they said they can’t issue me a return check until Monday even with proof they requested showing their check I wrote them cleared. I should have known from 5 years ago when I went to purchase new car they were going to charge me 2000 more than my local dealer. Never ever again will I go here.

The worst service department going – and I bought the car here, new in the wrapper. I’d never buy another car here and I take my car to another dealership for warranty work because their service department charges $ 127PERHOURFORLABOR. Union shops are twice as expensive and this one is no exception.

Can we give negative stars here? Horrible after sales service! Even with their«warranty» on used vehicles. I had so many problems with the car I purchased from them that it was in the shop 4 times in the first month I had it! Yes they did provide a vehicle for me to drive but each one was dirty and most smelled like ash trays! OK for the car trouble — it wouldn’t start! Kind of important for a vehicle. Problems started 4 or 5 days after purchase. They seemed interested in helping me the first time I took it in, but that quickly changed. They couldn’t find a problem so they started randomly replacing parts hoping to rectify the problem. I wouldn’t even have the car back 4 or 5 hours and have trouble again. They even told me that I was the problem, that I didn’t know how to start a car and not to call them back unless the car stranded me somewhere! Seriously? Well guess what? About a week later, broke down while driving it! Stranded in a parking lot! Glad I wasn’t on my way to work at the time. Also glad I had a man in the car with me so he could call and talk with the dealership because obviously women are too stupid to know when there’s a problem with a vehicle. It only took them 4 months to fix the problem with the car. They were more than happy to take the car back for a trade and an additional $ 10,000, I think not! Made multiple calls to talk to the owner, none of which were returned. My original salesman Jaime wouldn’t even help me get my car fixed, he’s the one who told me I didn’t know how to start a car… and the general manager, who’s name I can’t remember was so incredibly rude! These people will bend you over in a minute to make a buck!
