We called and scheduled an appointment for them to come to our house and re-​key some new locks. They were a no call no show for the appointment. I called them 45 minutes after the scheduled time and left a message asking them to call me to reschedule (I presumed that they got behind on another job… hey it happens). I never heard from them again. They obviously don’t need the business.
