The Water Connection

I tested this water for Ph and TDS before I purchased it. I’m just that way. The results were phenomenally welcoming and needless to say this location has become my drinking water source. The customer service is friendly, and parking is easy. You can get as much assistance as you need to carry those heavy bottles to your car. A+ for the Water Connection.

I visited the Water Connection on a recent trip out to California and wandered into the store. I didn’t know what to expect, except that the owner, Jag, was very kind and helpful. He was helpful at explaining how the alkaline water works, was very social with me and very friendly. While I didn’t purchase loads of water bottles that some others did, he still extended great customer service. Thank you for the great experience and great water.

I love this water store! and Jim, the owner who is always there, gives great customer service. It is true as written in Michelle’s review, he will fill your water bottles for you and carry them to your car. Just the other day I brought seven water bottles to fill, some 3 gal and 5 gal, and he filled and carried them all to my car. I didn’t have to lift a finger. Mind you, they are too heavy for me to carry anyways. I have been to several other water stores and this one is the best by far. Not to mention, the water tastes better than any other water I’ve ever had. I pray a blessing on his business so it will remain and prosper. He is a blessing to the community.

I found this place because it came up as a location to pay a utility bill. When I finally got tired of paying Arrowhead an arm and a leg to deliver water to my home, I gave The Water Connection a try.
It’s WAY CHEAPER to fill up your 5 gallon water bottles at The Water Connection than to have water delivered plus the water tastes fresh and clean. There’s a guy that’s always there, I assume he’s the owner, that will carry your full bottles to your car for you and if he isn’t with another customer when you walk in, he’ll fill your bottles for you as well. He’s also one of the friendliest guys you’ll ever come across.
If you don’t have bottles to fill, you can buy them there.
$ 1.50 for 5 gallons, you can’t go wrong!

Over the course of the past few years, you’ve probably noticed that you can’t swing a dead cat near your local strip mall without hitting a «water store.». These odd little places have been popping up like weeds all over.
The difference is that «The Water Connection», located in Highland in a plaza on the corner of Highland and Palm Aves., was one of the first in the Inland Empire — and in my opinion, is one of the best.
When I first saw this place being built about 7 – 8 years ago, the concept of a Water Store seemed odd to me. The idea is simple — a storefront with a cool-​looking five stage water filtration system that lets you fill up all your bottles, tanks, jugs and whatnot with great tasting clean water.
Their filtration system is located in the store when you walk in so you can see it in action in a small room. They have a water «bar» where you can bring your jugs and fill up right there. The water pressure, unlike at other such places, is great. They even have an outside vending station where you can fill up your bottles and jugs after hours — all at 25 cents a gallon! You can’t beat the price at all. Plus the water is so purer than you can get from those dinky little water machines you see outside grocery stores.
What’s also very cool is that they also sell a variety of water crocks with lovely designs on them, stands, bottles, jugs of all sizes, dog watering dishes and bowls, electric water coolers, etc. They also have all kinds of cute gifts and such — mainly pottery related.
Oh — and you can pay your Southern Calfironia Edison bill here, too! LOL!
Anyway — they were one of the first in the area… and their staying power and quality of clean water they produce gives it 5 stars.
