I went there looking for Jeep Wrangler. They have one I love and would have purchased. My checkbook was ready. I drove it and knew it needed to to mind. When I parked, I asked the salesperson to «tell me about this jeep, it’s features and so forth». She said «what do you want to know?» «Well… Explain to me this new freedom hard top». «Oh… It’s real easy to take off». «Ok I said, show me». Lol she was like no I don’t know how. How is it easy if YOU don’t know how to take it off? Ok I said, «explain to me this navigation set up and radio». She started pressing buttons and said well it has a «Bluetooth button, but you don’t have Bluetooth «. But it has navigation». Well… I’m ready interested in the jeep so maybe you can have a jeep expert come out and talk to me. She said no, I can answer your questions. Each and every question I asked, she just read off a piece of paper. Um… I can read, is what I was thinking. I loved the car and was ready to buy but the saleswoman nor the salesman or manager I talked to next were able to give me any reason why I was going to pay $ 36,000 for a jeep other than «this is our price, we don’t negotiate «. Fine you don’t negotiate but at least sell me why this jeep is worth this price. Give me some info as why you think this is a great jeep for the price. How able being knowledgeable about the jeep itself. If I buy it, you guys are so ignorant that I would be afraid to take it there for any service.

Aaron was terrific right out of the gate and went above and beyond to find me the perfect fit for my needs. Tim in finance worked with me to keep things reasonable. Steve made sure that my experience was going smoothly. Everyone I encountered was great and very helpful! Very positive experience!

Great car buying experience. I have purchased a car from them in the past loved the experience and the car then. So I decided to try them out once more and I am pleased I left with a nice car that I like and it works. Great customer service as always

Ok first time i came here couple months back for service and it was HELL! My brand new truck was returned to me with the interior a mess foot prints on the dash and seats! Ughhh what a disappointment since i work fairly close. After trying to get in contact with the service manager for god knows how long i finally spoke to Brian. He apologized for the situation and comped me a free oil change. Umm i don’t need an oil change i want my car to be cleaned from the negligence of your workers! Back here again for an oil change since It was the only jeep dealership that had the soonest availability. Trust me this place is not my first pick but decided to give them another chance. They open at 8am and arrived about 7:38am. There was already about 4 cars waiting and about 5 waiting after me. Only 2 service associates, already irritated. Its a Saturday, you would to guess you would be fully staffed since its probably busier since people are off work and after a cold winter need to get their cars serviced, nope! I been here for over an hour for an oil change! If i knew how to do it myself i defiantly would and probably would be faster than these quote «trained professionals» are you importing my oil from the middle east or what?! please save your time and and sanity go somewhere else! This is the final time I will ever set foot in this place! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and bit me in the ass like some shall call it!

This is for the service department. If I could give no stars, I would.
Ever since purchasing my van and having it serviced at their dealership, I have been less than impressed. There have been errors, and they have missed major repairs. I have only returned to the dealership as I was given «free» oil changes as part of purchasing my van. In short, they missed the fact I needed to have my brakes repaired, have not fulfilled a recall notice (even though I stated when making the appointment and dropping the van off), and just keep coming up with excuses. If I didn’t have a $ 50 credit for the brakes that they missed and I replaced on my own, I would not return to them. Having said that, I may just eat the cost and go back to my regular mechanic. At least that way I know my car is being serviced properly.

Emailed them and called them about a minivan listed on Carguru. Talked with them night before to make sure I didn’t hire babysitter and travel and hour from Chicago in an unreliable vehicle if the van wasn’t still available. Had cashiers check and financing all in place. Van was «sold 5 minutes ago» but we have others… NO THANKS! Fool me once shame on me! I wasn’t going to give them any more of my time or $$. $ 200 down the drain between gas, babysitter, application fee for credit. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Big thank you to the poor customer service at Thomas Dodge of Highland… we purchased a truck from your competitor. Still a Dodge… just respect. Do yourself a favor and go find another dealer– they are out there.

Approximately 2 years ago, I bought a Dodge Challenger and would rate my experience pleasant. However, I own a 2010 Jeep Commander that is currently being serviced for warranty work. It is going to take 5 days for the part to arrive. They refuse to give me a rental car. I have 2 kids to chauffer and a job that is 30 minutes away. I do not have a vehicle, so my husband has to take the kids out and pick me up from work at 11 p.m. I have had vehicles serviced at other dealerships before for warranty work and they gave me a rental car without a problem. The only reason my vehicle is being serviced here is because my car broke down near this dealership and roadside assistance will only tow to the nearest dealership. I am very disappointed with the service.

Shame on me for being a female, shame on me for being 23 years old with a college degree. This company burnt me TWICE. I called the sales room and I recieved nothing but «UMMMs» «I don’t knows» and «Can you call back tomorrow». Once I went into the shop I got a not so happy sales man who lied, lied, and lied. The car I test drove and it was extreamly loud and shook like crazy. He said, «Honey its a 4 cyl they do that» But, I know that they do not shake like that! I am not an Idiot.
I had a low budget because i was paying all cash and he knew he would not make a HUGE profit. Shame on him for not trying.

Three years later now I believe they think people are crazy telling them some bull. Beginning to lose confidence.
