I have never seen such a poor driver in my life! I watched this driver never use a turn signal and speed down Kennedy Avenue in Highland as if he was the only one on the road. The drivers need to know others are watching and should abide by the laws! Not sure I would hire the driver with the plate 363CMB!!!

Horrible experience, doesn’t deserve the one star. The driver was the rudest I’ve ever experienced. I will never use this service again. I wish I would have looked at the Unilocal reviews prior to using. Never again. The company should definitely work on their customer service and etiquette.

If I could give no stars I would. I need to get from my house to the commuter train for work call almost 1 ½ hours earlier than my train arrived specifically told her my train leaves at 8:07a!!! The cab comes at 8:00am I was pissed then called again to take me home that night from the traine I got off the train at 8p didn’t even called early so it’ll be there when I get off they didn’t come till an hour later! This service is extremely unreliable and mind you I was calling everyday until I got best calumet cab… Go with him way more dependable if needed to be on time some place. Thank God I have a car now, cause I rather walk, if get there faster

The best, and possibly only reliable cab service I’ve found in NW IN. They’ve got plenty of taxis on the road, so the wait time is typically not bad at all. When you really need a lift out here, this is the place to call at any time.
All other reviews I’ve seen online are bad, but my guess is they’ve improved since then. Not every single driver is the friendliest, but that’s bound to happen.

I have been using this cab company for 2 years. I have had problems with them 99 percent of the time. Unfortunately, they are the only cab company that services my area. Two days ago I waited one hour and fifty minutes for my ride. The woman who tracks orders is unbelievably rude, unprofessional and lies like a rug. I would rather crawl on ground glass to my destination than call this badly run outfit again!

I needed a cab from the commuter train station to my hotel. I had called in advance so the cab would be waiting. When I arrived, the driver chose to take another fare in front of me, even though I told him I had called for the cab and he acknowledged that he was sent for me. The cab service would not send a second taxi. Instead, I had to wait for that taxi to drop off the first passenger and return.
