NOT RELIABLE. I would NOT recommend Ygnacio and Alta Terra Electrical. We scheduled 2 appointments with Ygnacio, for small electrical work and to replace a fixture. We had a tenant take time from their schedule to arrange to meet Ygnacio at the property at the schedule time. He was a NO-SHOW and NO CALL, unprofessional. Someone from our office called to asked what happened? Ygnacio called back, apologized and said he would «For sure» be there the following Friday @ 4:00. NO-SHOW, NO-CALL, AGAIN! Obviously our error for giving him the second opportunity. This time WE took time from our very, very busy schedule to meet him for the work. After the second time we learned our lesson. He is UNRELAIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. With that kind of work ethic, what kind of quality of work could we have expected anyway? No one from the Real Estate office will call him or Alta Terra Electrical again. We do not work that way and can’t afford to work with UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL contractors, who do not respect the time of other professionals. Just call someone else.
