If it is possible to give 0 stars i would. Called to make an appt. they told me to bring it in last wednesday i called thursday to check up and they didnt even look at it. Called friday and they took my number and said Joe would call me back, he never called. So today monday i called and got the same he’ll call you back bs so i went in the shop to see what was going on and my car was there for 6 days and they hadn’t even looked at it. Needless to say i took it and went to another shop. Thanks for wasting 6 days of my life «Joe & Todd»!

I sent my car here to be repaired after an accident. The supposed «4 day» job took 7 weeks. I usually had to call them to find out what was going on. On top of it all, they completely missed that the accident had caused all the differential fluid to leak out, so when I finally did get it back, the diff blew up after about 10 days, so that cost another $ 3000 to get fixed. I definitely took it somewhere else for those repairs. Totally awful experience that cost me way more in rental cars than it should have. And when I have them a chance to respond thru an email, I heard absolutely nothing.
