Einstein Bros Bagels

I paid seven dollars for a lox bagel.
They gave me two tiny thin pieces of Lox.
They saved them self $.50, but I will not be back as a customer

Bagel was good but service killed it for us. They were out of more than half of the bagel varieties and had no bagel dogs either and it was 9 am… never waited that long for just a bagel, not to mention the fact they were mad that I wanted my receipt. Not happy

Although the bagel was as yummy as usual. I’ve been extremely disappointed in their coffee and chai. Who likes extra extra spicy chai? Not me. Who likes milk in their vanilla late? I do! The last three times I’ve been to Einstein’s the coffee has been awful. I don’t suggest anyone wanting a good cup of Jo to go to this place.

I love Einstein Bros but something at this location needs to change. Waited 20 min, bagel and cream cheese was smashed to be hand cut. Bagel sandwich was supposed to be on a green chile bagel but instead was on plain. They were out of a lot of items on a Saturday morning. Seems to me that there is a management problem with ordering, maintenance, and staffing. I will be driving by this location from now on.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a breakfast restaurant. I waited 30+ minutes for ONE bagel sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous! I could have driven to the store, bought a bagel, driven home, and made this myself in half the time. I pay $ 5 for a bagel sandwich out of convenience — this is not convenience. I will not go to this location again.

Terrible. Slow. Pricey. Incorrect order filled. Don’t waste your time unless you have a lot of time.

Total joke-​waiting for over 35 min for 3 bagels-​lots of pissed off people here today and the coffee and creamer is out too

I am a big fan and frequent customer of Einsteins, but I will not be returning to this particular location. I went in for a late lunch at 1:30 PM on a weekday and they had only two types of bagels available. When I asked if they were baking any that would be ready soon, the counter person shrugged and said none were baking… Seriously? You are a bagel shop that is open until 5:00 PM. What do you think you are going to sell? Another time I came in at 3:00 PM and all the chairs were flipped onto all of the tables as if they were cleaning up to close. Maybe they don’t really want to be in business in is location.

We used to love this location but recent experiences have been awful. Only ¼ of the things we ordered was correct and they were very light on all ingredients. They were out of over half of their bagel flavor son 9:30 on a Saturday morning.
My daughters ham and cheese bagel barely had any ham or cheese, my husbands honey glazed smoked salmon was totally wrong and when they corrected it, it was still missing half of the regular ingredients.
Even if inconvenient we will go out of the way to go to another location.

Pretty disappointing. Most of the serve yourself coffee dispensers were empty. Dirty floors and tables. Sugar was gone. Half and half was gone. Cup lids were gone. The guy at the register didn’t know the menu. The food was wasn’t great but pretty much what I expected. The place was nearly vacant of customers and none of the four people working there appeared to be doing anything when there was certainly things that needed to be done. The one coffee they had made was only so-​so. I may give it another try but no time soon.

This place is a dump. Don’t ever go. I stopped into this location about two weeks ago for a frozen mocha. I get up to the register to order my drink, and what do you know, the young girl behind the counter tells me that they don’t make those drinks at this location because they don’t have an espresso machine. What! What a joke! I was not happy. I settled for some «fresh squeezed OJ.» after my first sip I realized that the OJ was not fresh squeezed by any means. I was even more pissed. On top of it all the store is dirty. The floor was full of food debris and trash. After sitting at the counter seat for 15 minutes, an employee walks outside and sits down at a customer table and lights a cigarette. Employees on cigarette breaks should not be sitting at customer tables. So, I ended complaining to corporate about my experience. I received an email response at first and then a typed letter with a coupon for my inconvenience. The coupon was a joke-​Free coffee or espresso. Whoopdedooda. So generous. Einstein Noah should be ashamed of themselves.

The service is wonderful here. Just like my location back home. Never has a single problem in multiple visits.
Actually I stand corrected… I did have an issue. My order was rung up wrong and when I got the order I thought about getting it fixed. Instead I simply ate the «mistake».
That mistake is now my favorite selection at Einstein’s…

I do like this location; the earlier you go, the better chance you have of scoring your favorite bagel. I love the pretzel or asiago cheese bagel toasted with a light schmear of their cream cheese. Most of the staff there are super friendly as well.

Convienent, and predictable. That’s what you get with Einsteins. This is a chain store in every definition of the word. They have about 2 dozen different types of bagels plus other things like bagel poppers, pretzel type things, cookies etc. They have fresh juice, coffee, and an assortment of cream cheeses. You can get new lower fat bagel sandwiches for breakfast or lunch which I might try next time I’m there.
I got a Whole Wheat bagel with Honey Walnut cream cheese, and it was good. Coffee is so-​so.
