Not a fan, my wife tried to surprise me for Christmas with a monthly spa package… specifically asked Kristen at Elements not to call my number. Boy did Kristen mess up when she called me 5 days before Christmas. Then when my wife called to let Kristen know she had blown my gift and wanted to cancel so she could book somewhere else, Kristen got really nasty and slammed the phone in my wife’s ear. Horrible experience. Too much competition to be treated that way. Won’t be back and can’t recommend Elements.

The staff is friendly both on the phone and in person. I have had many massages in my life but no one as competent as Stephanie at this facility. I return each month as a part of my overall wellness plan and relief for back and neck pain.

I really love going to this place. Most of the massage therapists are really great and try their best to help you. The receptionists are very helpful and try to get to know everyone’s name. It is a very welcoming place. I would recommend others to get massages at this location.

I bought a groupon (it was a smokin’ deal let me tell you!) I scheduled my appointment with Katrina. She listened to where my problem areas were and did a great job! I love Elements. I am from AZ and went to Elements there, so when I found an Elements here in Colorado I was very excited! I am looking forward to going back. I will say it is next to a BBQ restaurant and I could smell the BBQ from next door– I was extremely hungry during my massage so that was a little distracting, other than that I was very relaxed.

This place is always great if you want to get in and out for a massage. I work at an upscale spa in South Denver so I’m used to a little more high tech massage or ayurvedic techniques but they get the job done when I have arthritis pain or bad cramps. Robert has just the right amount of strength but is gentle as well if you don’t like deep tissue.
Would recommend over Massage Envy or anything like that.

Love this place since new owners. I always feel welcomed here and it’s always warm and inviting. Have had several massages just to try different therapist and have to say each are excellent. I have my favorite therapist but you have to decide who you like best

EXPIRED… I purchased (2) 2 for 1 massages on a special in 2012. I have use 2 of the 4 total massages. When trying to book them over the last year I had a hard time getting a female massage therapist and didn’t book. When I booked a massage for today I was told that my massages expired 6 months ago. I was never told they would expire or given a receipt (was a phone purchase) or given gift cards that said they expired. Ana Marie the NEW owner was very nice and professional but I’m not happy that she purchased the business in June obviously didn’t get the original money for the massages I purchased and now will not honor them.

Terrible experience with this place. Billing problems, poor customer service. Terrible management. I was a member for awhile, while I can’t speak for other Elements locations, I will never return to this one!
