Kids Again

I read the other reviews and understand that some people might think the owner is not very nice. however, I have been shoping here for over 18 years and the quality of the items are really good. The reason why this store is still open is because the owner really cares about the quality she sells. She is a wonderful person and does care alot about her customers. Some customers are really rude and just simply can never be satisfied.

I was going to shop here today, but the cashier was so rude and condescending in front of another customer, I chose to leave. Rude people are bad for business and I’ll be telling others not to shop there! Ridiculous!

I’m not one to bash so I’ll give an honest review. This store is OK. The owner is rude, especially when you’re a new consignor. I’ve consigned at other stores before and was never made to feel feel stupid or inferior. I know they are running a business but my child’s clothes are all name brands and in good repair. If they can’t use them that’s fine but they have abundant rules and restrictions, many too ridiculous to follow. It’s a cute store and they have a few nice things but I shop a good deal of consignment and many of her prices are too high. Their are other consignment stores out there and solid customer service and genuine kindness would go far for them in my book. Their 2 – 3 girl’s section is meager at best.

I love this store! They have great second hand clothes, and in good condition. She takes only good quality name brand items, and has frequent sales. It’s a smaller store, and a tight squeeze, but there is a play area in the back, so your kiddos can play while you shop!
