Sat down on the patio and had three waiters ignore us while serving all surrounding tables. Even waved them down only to be ignored… Won’t go back there!

This place is great for drinks and food. It’s mellow for a bar atmosphere; which I love when you are with a large group of friends. I actually really like the food; I got the chicken and chips! Yum! The wine is an okay selection but could be better. I would recommend this place. I will definitely go back but remember it’s a bar with a menu. But I like there bar menu food better than most!

First time here at the suggestion of a friend. I ordered their chop chop chicken salad, which was pitiful. The peppers were either overcooked or just plain old. When a person expects crisp fresh stuff… you get the drift. My friend’s Dubliner was equally poor. Nice waitress though. With all the choices in the area, not sure I’ll ever come back.

Been here before and it was good. This time, NOTSOMUCH! Ordered The Dubliner… asked for the grilled onions well done on the sandwich… nope. Compadre(who I invited to this location) ordered a salad; didn’t eat ½ of it. Soggy peppers/veggies etc. Host was kind, good vibe stopped at the front door though.

This review has nothing to do with the food. For me, customer service is a HUGE part of the ‘eating out’ experience. We had a large party on a Saturday night, I get it. Any popular restaurant should be equipped and trained on how to accurately estimate timing, communicate frequently with parties who are waiting and may be waiting longer than they were quoted. It’s really not hard. Just talk to people. We had a terrible experience with a bored hostess and an extremely unprofessional manager. We were asked if we wanted to split our party up and sit at separate tables but at that time were not informed that we would be running way past our quoted time. The manager then told us that it’s Saturday night and we shouldn’t expect everything to be right on time. He also undermined the amount of time we had been waiting. He was defensive and rude. To the manager, here is how you properly handle a situation like this: «I am so sorry your table is not available. We gave what we thought was a good time quote but the table we are waiting on the get up is taking longer than expected. Thank you so much for your patience. Is there anything I can get you while you wait? I’d love to offer your table an appetizer on us.»(or any gesture would have been nice, it doesn’t have to be money or food). You are the manager. Your job is to create an environment where people feel taken care of and appreciated. You absolutely failed. Also, you might want to train your staff how to communicate better. You can not over communicate in a situation like this. We’ve eaten here a couple of times and the food is alright. The service is usually ok-ish too. It’s an «it is what it is» kind of place for us. But, because of this experience we probably wont be back and would recommend that nobody else goes back unless it’s St. Patty’s day and you feel the need to go to an Irish place.

Ever wanted a redo? This place leaves me wanting one everytime. The service is lackluster at best. On our last visit, we waited at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged, and another ten to get a drink. I had wings. They were so overcooked they were inedible. Over all the food and service were just awful.

Nothing says comfort food like a good Shepard’s Pie, and this place does it right. All the usual suspects on tap with a big selection of Scotch and Irish Whiskeys, served with a friendly smile from my bartender Amanda! This is a great place to grab a bite and a drink and watch the game. I will be coming back!

Really great location and fun ol’ True Irish atmosphere. I love what they have on tap and the Brie cheese appetizer is amazing!

I have been here at least 20 times since it opened. Sometimes it is a really good experience, and twice I have walked out, because I and my friend(s) was ignored. So it is a crap-shoot whether it will be good or not. I have taken dates there too, and I let them know that we might end up walking out; and that is part of the fun. Guessing and waiting to see what kind of occasion it will be. Just set your expectations correctly, and it will be fine. If it doesn’t work out, there are other places nearby. When it does work out, it can be a nice place to enjoy wine with a friend, or a quiet dinner in the dining area. Or beers with a buddy at the bar.

Thought there would be a better beer selection, but no no there wasn’t. So I went with the old standby of iced tea, and I couldn’t tell the difference between the water and the tea. So coming here from Florida I miss Cuban food, so when I saw a Cuban sandwich I was excited, once again another let down, it was tasty but not like south Florida. Now I like fries, and I must say they will receive a 4 stars on the fries lol. It was a beautiful day wish I would have sat outside. All in all not a weekly place but for lunch it was ok.

We have no complaints! The service was fast and very efficient. We ordered fish and chips and French Dip. The restaurant was not crowded on sunny Saturday afternoon. We loved everything we ordered! I thought the fish and chips were very good. Not greasy at all. The garlic mashed potatoes were devoured. The fries almost got devoured but the portion was pretty big. The French Dip now has us on French Dip kick. The au jus was hot and so tasty. The fries got dipped in as did the garlic mashed potatoes. Would definitely go again. The rooftop is awesome in the summer!

Food was decent, service is just crazy slow and forgetful. After we got sat, we waited about 10 minutes before we were finally greeted. I ordered soup to start, which our server forgot till I asked for it once the entrees dropped. He didn’t acknowledge he forgot or apologized? I’m a server myself, so normally I have no issue when stuff like that happens because I get things go on behind the scenes that costumes aren’t aware of, but when he didn’t seem to care or apologize then I kind of lose it. Like other Unilocal reviews had mentioned, things requested upon, seemed to be a chore for the servers there and lack of personality. Overall just very very slow service, foods decently good. I can’t say I won’t be back but I also can’t say I’m jumping with joy to get back to that place as soon as possible.

I really want to love this place. The food is really good with specialties like Hot Prime Rib Wrap, The Dubliner, and even the«Adult» Mac & Cheese. The food prices are fair with the quality of food and I would recommend this place on that alone. That being said, it’s definitely bar food — greasy and delicious with beer. Since it is a bar, it can be pretty loud at peak times. Though, not nearly as bad as their neighbor Old Blinking Light(also great food). They have a pretty good draft selection and their own house beer called Rugby Ale. I love it. I’ve even gone here because I’ve craved the beer. The only bothersome thing about this place, and the reason it gets only four stars, is because of the service. Out of the several times I’ve been here, it’s been mostly bad. One time we sat for about a half hour before we were even greeted with water. Another time we were done eating for about 45 minutes before anyone asked to take our plates away. The food usually comes out pretty fast, but getting to that point can take quite a bit of time. I would suggest if you’re in a hurry to not go here. The atmosphere in the dining room is pretty nice and feels like a restaurant. Of course there is the bar area, the outdoor seating, and other seating that are also pretty nice. Again, just expect to get service.

Pretty good food service if you can’t get into OBL. Kinda feels a little cheesy and the food doesn’t taste like it’s made from scratch. It’s better than fast food!

Came in on a Sunday About 12 am. We waited to be seated behind a party of 12 that wanted to sit in the back room. The waitress at front brought them back and then escorted us to our table outside right next to the bar. She didnt even introduce herself just sat down menus and walked away. When she came back with waters about 7 mins later. She just looked at us as if we were wasting her time still looking at the menu. We asked her for the drink menu and she set that down on the table and walked away.(Still didnt introduce herself). We waited about 15 mins for her to come back so we could order beers. and nothing… we couldn’t even see our waitress anywhere. There was probably a total of 3 tables in the whole restaurant. I guess she decided that the table of 12 was far more important than ours… after 20 mins of waiting to order drinks our party got up and started walking out. I went up to the bar to let the bartender know we were leaving due to the awful service and all he has to say was«ok bye»… really? No offer to take our table himself or even an appology. I’ve lived in Highlands Ranch for awhile now and have always wanted to try this place. Big mistake. Will never come back

Congratulations! You’re my first one star ranking! I didn’t even eat food 25 minutes. How long I waited at my Table. Unacknowledged. Fuck this place. Oh, and, uh… Haiku review, I guess.

Irish pub with the classic Irish feeling. A good place to get together with some friends for a nice cold beer. We went on a snowy Sunday and we are a family. They have booths to accommodate family but it is not your traditional family restaurant. It looks great from outside and there is plenty of free parking. It is located in a strip mall. We ate from their Sunday brunch menu and the eggs Benedict are very good. The whisky grill chicken and the kids chicken nuggets were not average. The Cuban sandwich and the goat cheese salad was awesome. We did not try and we’re not offered to try desert. The drinks were good and they age a ice variety of beer. I had a mimosa and my husband had a dark beer. We liked both. The only reason I gave them a 4 star is that the service was slow and the overall experience was not perfect one.

I came out to Denver for an offsite management meeting, and learned that we were having a group dinner at Lansdowne Arms Pub. As most Unilocalers, I immediately looked it up on my Unilocal app and I was a bit confused on the planner’s choice. Why would they pick an Irish pub? I guess my choice would have been a restaurant, but I was open minded and somewhat excited about an Irish meal. The place screamed Irish pub from the moment I walked in. The place is dimly illuminated with extensive wood work throughout. Our group had the library room reserved, which was pretty warm in ambiance, which perfectly suited the outside subzero winter conditions. The fireplace was a perfect touch, making the place very cozy. It’s definitely not a date place, but where you might have a few cold ones with your friends. The only negative thing was that we all sat at separate tables in groups of five, as the tables were round and couldn’t be clustered together. At our table we begun with the obvious, a selection of beers and cocktails. We also ordered the Pub Style Pot Steamed Mussels and Buffalo Style Spicy Chicken Wings as starters. The average sized mussels were excellent in a white wine, garlic butter, tomato and basil sauce with garlic toast. The wings were well seasoned but unfortunately on the dry side. When it came down to ordering our entrees, I asked our waiter for a recommendation on a traditional Irish dish, after all I was at a Irish pub. He recommended the Sirloin Shepherd’s Pie, a stout marinated and braised sirloin served with leeks, carrots, peas and onions, topped with traditional Irish cheddar mashed potatoes then baked creating a thin crisp layer. I really enjoyed it, a hearty meal with interesting savory flavors. For dessert I had Bread Pudding that was not too sweet(bonus) and on the firm side, topped with whipped cream and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Not to shabby and definitely has potential for being shared. The service was really personable and attentive. Our waiter did an amazing job hustling and keeping up with everyone’s wishes. It was a good meal, but not a place I would go to have dinner at as my first priority. Without argument it’s a perfect place to have few beers with a burger, and watch a sports game. I really struggled rating it, as it’s somewhere in between three and four stars. I settled on four stars, rating it as a pub and not as a restaurant.
