Ken and his staff are extremely knowledgable, very friendly and fast. Many times, they’ll repair my van within a couple of hours of me leaving it with them. Their pricing is fair and recommendations are solid. I’m so happy I can just leave my vehicle with them and know they will only repair what is necessary to keep my family safe and will recommend what repairs may be needed in the future. Just dropped my car off this morning at Next Auto Care for a regular service and as a first time customer, I wasn’t sure what to expect. All I can say is they have earned my business for many years to come. No up selling of any sorts. Very honest and customer service is top notch. Thank you Delores, Ken and Allison for the great customer service.

We really had an amazing experience here! My husbands Jeep was making strange noises and just after we recently had a large amount of work done at another shop (trying to fix those vibrations and noises) which clearly they didn’t fix. We had received a coupon in the mail & after looking at the few reviews online decided to give them a call!
Elise was really great at getting us scheduled to come in on the day that their Jeep specialist, Dave, was available. My husband explained the problem and then took him for a test drive to replicate it. Just the time they spent with us trying to understand the problem was awesome way better than just leaving notes for someone to relay later.
We dropped the Jeep off on Tuesday and took it home on Thursday, WAY faster than the other shop and actually FIXED! Finally! FIXED! They were able to trouble shoot the actual problem and then get it all fixed. Elise kept my husband up to date on everything which was amazing. We were NOT constantly calling them for updates they updated us very frequently and made sure there were no surprise charges at the end. Some of the parts had to be taken to a different specialty shop to be fixed and that didn’t delay anything. They even applied a «better» coupon that we didn’t know about.
I’m not a car person, just the wife to a jeep fanatic, so all those car words go in one ear and out the other. But I can say that my car person husband was very pleased and after being screwed around by 2 other shops this one was really a breath of fresh air. They had to cut out some sort of bolt that was broken and stuck, and they kept it to show us as well as oil from the transfer case. They offered to lift the jeep up and show us everything that was changed (but we didn’t feel like we needed to, we weren’t wondering what had happened to it during those 2 days) we knew exactly what was fixed and changed. Just a really amazing all around experience and we’d recommend them to everyone.
Finally a TRUSTWORTHY place to take your car! YAY!

These guys are the real deal. My 2004 Ford F-​150 had a major issue with the timing chain and their crew fixed it to the point where it’s the best it’s ever run. Elise was a rockstar by keeping me updated on the work and a complete detail invoice so you know exactly what was done.
If you want it done right the first time, this is the place.
