I got call backs from both Lindsay & Patrick apologising, which I really appreciate. I am on disability and have had 5 spine surgeries with arthritis in my spine. Plus I have nerve pain in my neck, shoulders, arms and hands. I went in to have my hair washed, blow dried and flatironed as often I can’t do it myself because of pain.
I hold no grudge against you Patrick, but believe I would prefer Lindsay’s gentler touch.

I’ve been looking for a hair stylist in the HR area. I randomly came in one evening wanting a hair cut — I was in the area and have been needing a cut/​color. They did say they could squeeze me in that evening for a cut liked I asked for but I decided to wait and make an appointment for the next day and do a cut/​color.
Trinity did and amazing job and worked hard to get it just the way I wanted. I am super picky about my hair and she did everything I wanted and was easy to talk to. Patrick also came over and introduced himself. He was also nice and interested in the clients/​salon. He asked me if I liked my hair as well.
The salon has a welcoming atmosphere. They also offered me a beverage of choice (I enjoyed a glass of wine!) My hair feels refreshed, healthy and bold. Just what I wanted.
I feel like sometimes it’s all in the way you perceive things. A little patience and understanding goes a long way! They are people too and have things going on in their lives as well. Only they get to do it on a «stage» while doing hair and living life! Mistakes happen and hair is unpredictable!

After just moving to the area I got a Groupon to try to find my next regular salon. I made an appointment with Patrick for Monday, and on Monday it was cancelled. I re booked for Thursday. This morning I received another call and my appointment was cancelled again. This is a huge red flag when trying to find a new place. I wanted to ignore the negative reviews about him from below, but I think everyone was right. I got a refund on my Groupon and will go elsewhere.

Patrick is now calling me and threatening me with legal action if I don’t take my review down. He says he was sick and unable to get back to me.

Shame on you… if you don’t want to create new business with coupons don’t put them out there. One eye rolling and one «when did you purchase the coupon» I went to see P — — today for a cut, conditioning and blow out. I unfortunately gave a $ 20.00 tip as I only paid $ 45 for a «deal». I guess you get what you pay for. I thought I would get a little better treatment for $ 65. Less than a 5 minute wash which I guess included the «special» conditioning. Didn’t completely dry my hair and yanked through it. Never showed me the cut with a hand mirror. 35 minutes for the entire salon visit.
I specifically asked to not have a square shape but it must have been understood that a square cut was what I wanted. I came home and dried my hair and thank God it feels fine. Too bad, I really liked the personality of my stylist, the location and the interior of the salon. I will not be going back and certainly will not recommend to all of my Mountain and Highlands Ranch friends and family.

Jennifer Crosley is amazing!!! She’s like a best friend that can do hair! I sit in the chair and say «I think I wanna try something different» and viola I have an awesome new do that I love. She knows what looks good with my features and the color is always perfect!!! It’s so nice to know I can get my hair cut with no chance of a botched job!

If you’re getting a color service, this is the place to go. These are artists working here and they are highly skilled in their craft. My stylist, Heather, is a pro in every sense of the word – knowledgeable, experienced and incredibly talented. I can not brag enough on this girl!
I came here after a bad experience at another place, when I should have just went straight here. Heather worked her magic and my hair looks infinitely better. She knew precisely how to correct the existing mistakes and give me the style and gradation I was looking for.
The atmosphere is relaxing, clean and the staff is courteous. Left very satisfied!

The barbers at this salon do not try to work with you. They don’t accept appointments for hair cuts. but will make special arrangements with their friends/​family. The rules are not the same for everyone, they have favorites. They do not try to work with customers and do not try to satisfy them. Its a «too bad, deal with it» vibe. and I have been going here for 4 years and since there are no other barbers locally, I have no choice but to «deal with it».

My wife and I both got our hair cut by Danny. I ended up with a hair cut at least 2 — 3 inches shorter than I asked for and it’s apparent Danny does what he wants, not what the customer wants. This was made more apparent when he told my wife, «I’m giving you a health cut». She was not even allowed to tell him what she wanted! So he did the «health cut» somehow missing half the split ends and the hair didn’t really look much different. In fact, we have 3 daughters and none of them thought my wife even got her hair cut. He charged her $ 50 for that?! I’ll keep looking until I find someone with skill who is willing to work for a living.

Great place cool and easy going. Ariana cuts my hair. P2 has a nice relaxing vib that takes care of their guests. I like watching football and getting a cut. No down side here. It’s clean and I’m sure they have a full service salon. I just get my hair cut in and out in 20 min. Exactly what I’m looking for!

I was driving around highlands ranch frantically looking for someone to fix my hair that a certain well known barber shop had done, Thank goodness I found p2 Studios, My stylist was Andrea she calmed me down and told me she could fix my hair!!! Andrea was so professional and clearly new what she was doing, where has she been all my life? I have gotten so many compliments on my hair, andrea even did a follow up phone call to make sure I was happy, andrea you have a customer for life

I have been going to Andrea for over 7 years. She has always been professional and given me the best service as well as amazing and flawless cuts! I would never trust anyone else to cut my hair!
