Ouch! I’m not going to act like it’s ever pleasant to have your hair ripped out. But the eyebrow waxing I got here hurt a lot more than it ever has! Then the tweezing after was even worse. It was an hour ago and my skin is still stinging and super red. Besides that they turned out uneven. :-(

Wish I had read the reviews first :(I had been here about three years ago and gotten a beautiful manicure that lasted for about a week without a single chip. This time I was getting my nails done for a wedding I’m in and wanted shellac… I should have known when they pulled out the electric buffer to remove my cuticles that this place was sub-par. There were several times during this shellac«manicure» when I was uncomfortable due to the pain inflicted by the older gentleman who was doing my nails. I am less than satisfied with the quality of the finished product. There are tons of hangnails that still remain and several nails that don’t even have polish completely covering them :/I’m disappointed because I could have done a better job myself – was just hoping for a better experience and don’t have the equipment for shellac.

I arrived without an appointment wanting a pedicure and I didn’t have to wait long. I can’t speak for everyone but personally my experience was great! Just what I wanted and really relaxing. Oh my pedicure looked beautiful. I will be back again.

Most unpleasant experience! Started out with the older man removing my shellac. To say the least, he was rough & was actually hurting me. From there it only got worse:(I showed them a picture of what I wanted & they said they could do it. It was only a regular, polish manicure. 2 hours later, Snow asked for my card & gave me the price. I asked if she was done and she responded, «Yes.» Well, I asked if she could possibly fix a couple of the nails because they were messy. She grunted and told me ITWASMYFAULT for choosing polish instead of shellac. I told her how no one mentioned anything to me & how they said it could be done. Mind you, it wasn’t a crazy design. Anyhow, they charged me MORE because I asked to fix the smeared polish. It was so uncomfortable talking to her & the older man. She even followed me out the door harassing me because I didn’t tip. I’ve never experienced anything like this, unprofessional is an understatement.

It would get better reviews if they didn’t fall into the stereotype of talking about their customers in their native language. Very unprofessional and rude.

I have been going to Nina at Reve nails for a few years now. She does wonderful work with shilac and pedicures, and does both within a good time frame. She also happens to be a very nice person :) Her mom, Snow has also done my nails and she is fantastic as well. Tracy is great too, but I think she is only there part time.
