Terrible customer service!!! Not only did they screw up on appt time but they never returned my call when I called to reconfirm!!! Very rude!

DO NOT BE FOOLED! Thought I was going through some BBB certified company called Healthy Home– they sent out this third-party contractor called Same Day Carpets. Not only is my carpet crunchy and stiff in the areas I had pointed out that needed special attention, but the house reeked of dog urine for like 3 days, even though I paid extra for their deodorizing treatment. Also, the «gentleman» who fielded my call when I wanted a refund was quite rude and unprofessional and accused me of trying to «steal money from the company.» Save yourself a headache and pay the extra money for Stanley Steemer or Coit. You’ll be glad you did!
